You can eat local specialties of mutton skewers and Xinjiang noodles when you go out. When you enter the hotel, you will feel happy, from the security uncle to the front desk staff. The attitude is quite good, especially the front desk receptionist who greets the guests first and then brings me a cup of tea. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the room is the style I like. It is elegant without losing the atmosphere. It is very comfortable to stay. It can be seen that the owner of this restaurant is very attentive to breakfast. The combination of meat and vegetables is nutritious, and the buns and cookies are quite exquisite. I heard from the waiter that they are all handmade, and I am very satisfied. 👍 I personally think the price-performance ratio is quite high. recommend!

Apparently close to a military location of some sort, so for foreigners there is extra security checking. But closer to Tuomuer Canyon than Aksu.

We are tourists from Shanghai. We have been traveling for more than ten days. After comparing many hotels, we finally chose Aral Yishang Hotel. We value its high cost performance and suitable price. We did not expect to receive a surprise and touch far beyond expectations after check-in.
The hotel has only been in business for half a year, the overall environment is clean and tidy, the facilities are brand new and complete, the rooms are equipped with intelligent equipment, and the living is comfortable and convenient. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were deeply moved by the warm service of the staff. The girls at the front desk were very enthusiastic, took the initiative to help with the luggage, served hot tea intimately, and carefully sent our luggage to the room. Every move made people feel warm.
Due to the fatigue of the journey, plus we are older, we are not very skilled in washing machine operation. After the hotel staff learned, they took the initiative to take our clothes to the seventh floor to clean and dry, and also intimately let us go back to the room to rest. When we returned from dinner, the clothes had been dried neatly and basically dried up. This meticulous and thoughtful care made the fatigue of the rush dissipate instantly. In the evening, we cleaned the clothes again, the staff was still patient to help, and the caring service was always consistent, which was really moving.
The daily mineral water needs are large. After the demand is raised, the staff will also deliver it to the room in time, never shirking, and show their intentions everywhere. The hotel's buffet breakfast is also very intimate, the taste is delicious, the type is suitable, and people eat the warmth and practicality of home.
Whether it is brand new facilities, super cost-effective, or meticulous and heart-warming service, we are very satisfied and immediately decided to continue living. Thank you very much for the care of all the staff of Alar Yishang Hotel, and warmed our journey with sincerity and meticulousness. I highly recommend it to every traveler who comes to Alar. I also wish the hotel business is booming and getting better and better!

I've never tried the big pot chicken in Xinjiang before, but it was delicious! We shared a room with three people, and it was spacious and had plenty of air conditioning!

GGuest User自駕游去新疆的路過阿拉爾順便找了一個酒店沒想到給了一個驚喜，房間很大温馨舒適，衞生乾淨整潔，酒店新裝修設施設備完善房間智能，比較乾燥沒想到酒店有新風系統這個是最大的驚喜，前台小姐姐服務很好，推薦的地方很有意思吃的也不錯，工作人員服務意識比較好，會主動詢問有沒有需要幫助的，特別滿意這次入住。
