Harrison Beach Hotel

Great

We had a wonderful family trip staying at Harrison Beach Hotel. The lake view was amazing with a big patio, location is very convenient to shops, beach, restaurants.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young lady who checked us in, Megan, who gave us a lot of tips and recommendations as a local.
Our room was clean, well renovated & maintained and well equipped with a kitchenette. It has kettle, microwave, roster, coffee machine, cutlery, plates and bowls. It’s helpful if we want an in-room meal.
We love the stay and definitely will come back in the future.

Some of a few good things i can mention here is front desk service and the location is quite nice since it is closed to highway, shopping complex, restaurants, and cinema. Unfortunately, the room we got is quite stuffy and stimk lile a dog -odor. I got itchiness slept on the bed, waking up with some kind of skin irritations, The washroom is noticeable dirty. The hotel's cleanliness standard is below my expectation where I had experienced from the same types/stars of hotels.

Staff - 10/10
Cleanliness 10/10
WiFi - 10/10
Comfort - 20/10!
The property is massive, my room was huge, the view was amazing and the bed in my room…unbelievable! I slept like a log and didn’t want to get out of it!
100% I will recommend this place to friends and 1000% I will stay here again the next time in the area. It’s a short (30 min) drive to Chilliwack but a beautiful one and absolutely worth it.
Thanks for everything!

Guest UserGood location, close to shopping and restaurants but also the highway so a small bit of noise. Very friendly staff, Good breakfast every morning included in our room rate i.e. eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereals fruit Yogurt, toast muffins, coffee and juices. Only small complaint is that it would have been nice to have a bedside table on each side of the bed, instead there was a big closet on one side

Good breakfast and friendly staff. The only problem we had was the broken shower tap but other than that it was good.

Guest UserNice property. Very ridge on early and late check-in and check out. Check on time is 1:00 and it is an extra $50 to check in early. Check-out time is 11:00 and can be extended to noon without a fee but beyond that it is $50. Breakfast is a little bit light with no hot foods.
Great pool and water slide along with a hot tub. I had a suite, and room size was good, almost a mini condominium.

The room is spacious, the bed is big, and there are many gas stations nearby. It is the cheapest gas station during my trip to Canada.

Need to line up for checking in- But good thing the female receptionist is fast. I wasn’t able to find the gym. Reception is not answering calls. They don’t offer breakfast. No face tissue inside the room. No dringking water. Don’t expect too much. Otherwise, not bad as we are just there for a night.

I'm from Bowen Island & came here for Christmas & to see family. Any future reservations for Abbotsford, I will definitely be bringing my business here. They were there to accommodate me, when family came, they were fine with my guests and didn't say anything about it. That was VERY important.
