We booked a hotel room in the tower but were not told until we signed in that the elevator was out of order and no 2 queen bed rooms were available except in the older motel section…for the same price
It was very old and dated plus the old tub had no safety *****s and my wife almost fell

Excessively overpriced for a very basic and dated room. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 but there was only cold coffee from the night before.

A good basic stay. The pool and hot tub were in awful condition though, there was scum on top of the hot tub. Our shower head also didn’t properly work but I let the reception know and they said they would take care of it.

Arrived at hotel ..was not greeted.waited for awhile... had to go to the man and say hello as he was on the computer..my room was paid for months ago. But he wouldn't let me stay as i didnt have a credit card..i had enough cash to pay for incidentals...but he say no... it cost me 60.00 in cab fees... layover at the airport was 12 hrs... i had to sleep on a bench .. no shower..not impressed at all.. do not book here

It was good, easy check in, room was clean, bathtub had gross stain and beds were hard as a rock. Decent for what it was tho, area a little sketch. Not hotels fault.

Its winter and they only provided thin sheets as well as well as the beds were hard not very comfy at all. There was a decent breakfast available in the morning though and the rooms were all right

Overall our stay was great! The hotel was clean, the pool area was probably the best ventilated and clean pool area I have seen in a hotel in a while.
My only criticisms would be: the front light from the canopy was directed right into our window, so that made for a very bright room in the evenings and overnight and the in-house breakfast only offered hard boiled eggs as an alternative to cold cereal, yogurt or toast. No muffins, pastries or even bananas. Ended up walking to McDonald’s the 3rd morning to switch it up.
