AAnonymous UserI initially thought this was a Four Seasons hotel on a resort island, so I had high expectations for service and cleanliness. However, compared to other hotels in the same category, it was quite disappointing. First, aside from the mesmerizing blue of the sea, the hotel's design and space were very ordinary, especially the rooms, which were small with low ceilings and outdated facilities. Second, the housekeeping was often not very thorough. Two nights the sheets were dirty, causing allergies and even a slight odor. Third, and most strikingly, the staff were unhelpful; aside from a few competent individuals, most lacked service awareness and exuded an air of constantly instructing customers. When we opted for a 90-minute spa treatment, the room was brightly lit, but there was no special design or attention given to the spa space. The chaotic and rushed massage was truly shocking. Having experienced so many world-class resorts, I've never seen anything this bad. Especially compared to the Rosewood Mexico Hotel we visited just two months ago, it's like night and day. Fourth, the food was mediocre. Sigh! I only realized when posting the photos that I didn't even take pictures of the room; it must have been too bad. I'm not interested in filming.

We had a great time at Goldwyn, really nice resort with a beautiful beach and amazing pool. Good proximity to baha mar and atlantis. Not alot of food options on site but good food. Overall i highly recommand Goldwyn for couples i think its the best hotel and best choice. I highly recommend the sea view room, golf view is not the best due to road and parking.

GGuest UserThe water supply on the second floor is extremely small, it is impossible to take a bath, and the Internet is unstable. Located on the south side of the island, about 40 minutes drive from the north city center. Car rental is required.

GGuest UserIt was a nice stay. They served breakfast at 0730 until 1030. I bought soap from home. They have AC and wifi and were kind people and pool a carribean drinks during the evening. I will visit again whenever I come back
