"Arrived very late, the hotel front desk service was very friendly and provided midnight snacks. Breakfast started at 7:00 in the morning. We stayed in a suite, which was very large. There were two large Queen standard rooms, which could accommodate up to 4 people."

AAnonymous User原以為這是一家在度假海島的四季酒店，對服務、衞生等都有期待和預估。沒想到在同一層次中比較，這家相當令人失望了。第一，除了海水的藍令人着迷，酒店設計空間太普通，特別是房間既沒有層高又比較小，設施偏舊。第二，還時常打掃衞生不是太乾淨。有兩個晚上換的被單不乾淨，被搞得過敏了，甚至有輕微異味，第三，最印象深刻的是這裏的服務員，除了個別人合格＇大多數不僅缺乏服務意識，還足足的透着一股隨時指導客户的味道。當我們選擇一次90分鐘的SPA時，房間大亮着，沒有對水療空間的特別設計和關注，混亂、着急的按摩，實在讓人非常吃驚，體驗了這麼多世界頂級的度假酒度，差到這個水平的，實在沒見過。特別是相比於兩個月前，我們剛去過的墨西哥瑰麗酒店，真是有點天上地下的差異了。第四，餐飲普通。唉！放照片時才發現，竟然沒拍房間照片，估計是太差了。沒興趣拍。
