BBdbrouThe hotel is safe, the food (dinner and breakfast) were exquisite, pool was open till late which was a big plus, the staff was very helpful.
In front of the hotel there is a supermarket which is very useful. The only real bad thing about the hotel was an extremely slow internet connection. I expected to work remotely which was impossible.

But since they provide this service, why don't they help guests confirm it in advance? Why do they have to let guests suffer this? Must they waste so much time and worry waiting at the hotel front desk? If it is still not resolved in the future, I will not use Ctrip again

GGuest UserWell-located hotel, wonderful service, but for me the comfort left something to be desired (the double room is not a double bed but two single beds together, which was uncomfortable because you could feel the divider between the two beds, there was water leaking from the bathroom into the room). The breakfast is very good and has plenty of different options.

GGuest UserThe service was good, cleaning good, some furniture, doors are exhausted, but nothing affects the experience, the food is good, we stayed near the reception, gave to hear noise from staff and guests.

DDhyego GamaHotel with a very old structure, moldy walls and saltpeter. Lack of towels at various times, cheap in the room. The hotel staff still tried to help, we stayed in a slightly better room, but we still had several problems.
Positive points: pool and location. Breakfast ok. Some of the staff were very helpful, the night crowd not so much.
