"Hotel with a very old structure, moldy walls and saltpeter. Lack of towels at various times, cheap in the room. The hotel staff still tried to help, we stayed in a slightly better room, but we still had several problems. Positive points: pool and location. Breakfast ok. Some of the staff were very helpful, the night crowd not so much."

"Old hotel, with adapted rooms, most without windows with an external view and with low natural lighting, with a need for maintenance, especially in the plumbing of the bathrooms. On the first day I had to stay in a dark room, on a floor without an elevator, with a bathroom with a sink leaking water straight away, as the valve didn't close properly. The air conditioning was installed above a closet that was falling apart. After complaining, the next day they changed our room. This one had a window with an outside view, but the bathroom shower splashed more water than it got us wet - and it didn't have one of the glass doors, which made the bathroom floor wet. Basic breakfast, with some old utensils. The only good thing was the location. I paid 4x more due to the high season for a hotel whose daily rate shouldn't be more than R$100.00"
