The sign says breakfast starts at 5:45, but when we arrived at the 28th floor breakfast restaurant at 5:45, many people had already eaten and left. I guess you can get in a little early. The hotel shuttle bus departs from the hotel every hour starting at 4:00 AM, and no reservation is required. A shuttle bus from the airport departs for the hotel every 30 minutes. The air conditioning can be turned off by pulling down the lever marked ”fan coil.” We were lucky enough to get a room on a high floor. The view was fantastic. This hotel is much better than the Ibis Hotel near the airport, which charges more than twice as much.

The facilities were old, the rooms were small, and the windows were broken and wouldn't close properly. A short walk away is a street full of shops with very cheap prices, but it doesn't seem to be a very wealthy neighborhood. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was good.
