"The hotel is new, everything was clean and in good working order. The location is fine, within walking distance of the beach and 5M Migros. We walked to the old town. The air conditioning worked well, but there were no slippers, toothbrushes, or robes in the room. There was an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and an in-room safe. Drinking water was provided in refillable glass bottles. Breakfasts were expensive, and there was no private beach. I had to leave one day early, but they refused to refund me for one day, so I was only able to exchange it for breakfast for one day. The exchange was frankly not fair."

"The place we stayed at was truly clean and well-organized. From the moment we entered, we were welcomed by a fresh and well-maintained environment. There was absolutely nothing lacking in terms of cleanliness; both the kitchen and the bathroom were very hygienic. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided and carefully prepared. It was clear that the host pays great attention to detail and takes cleanliness seriously. Throughout our stay, we felt comfortable and safe. It is a place we can confidently recommend and would gladly choose again. I didn’t even realize that I had dropped my ID in the hallway, but the kind lady in charge found it and brought it back to us. I would like to thank her again."

"The hotel is brand new and incredibly clean. Having a washing machine and dryer, along with full kitchenware and a dishwasher, was very convenient and made for a comfortable stay. It's not in the old town, but it's an easy 10-15 minute drive, and Terra City shopping center is right next door. I really liked the neighborhood! It offers great value for money! In the mornings, there's free bread, cheese, jam, and coffee downstairs. We bought some fruit to eat in the room, which was lovely!"

"The hotel is close to the center of the city and has a good location. The rooms are well-equipped, clean and tidy. The boss staff is warm and friendly and the service is attentive. The hotel is cost-effective."

"Pros: A clean, new apartment with a modern interior, a 1+1 room, ideal for a family with a child. All dishes, appliances, and bedding are new. Cons: The description said the balcony had a courtyard view, but in reality, we had a basement room with a balcony view of a concrete wall (basements can't actually have a courtyard view). We wanted to upgrade to a higher room for an additional fee, but there were no available rooms. Our sheets didn't dry after two days on this miraculous balcony, and our swimsuits were stinking. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't even lower my rating. The staff is responsive and resolves any issues quickly. Just book a higher floor."

"We were very pleasantly surprised, as the hotel is brand new and all the staff are incredibly kind. It's a very secluded spot with an amazing breakfast. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for privacy, and appreciate cleanliness and modern rooms. We personally took masks and swam to the waterfall on our own; if you're a good swimmer, you can try it too. We walked over rocks and through dusty water, then got out onto the rocks and admired the waterfall – it was breathtaking! You can really see the owner's taste reflected in this hotel. There was also a beautiful car parked at the entrance. Overall, the hotel leaves a 'wow' impression!!"

"The bathrooms vary on different floors—one is more renovated, another is in poor condition. The guesthouse has one electric kettle at reception and another in the staff room, but I was denied hot water that evening. The receptionist said the kettle was broken. Later, closer to nightfall, they gave me hot water, but it had a lot of sediment in it—either from the poor quality water or from limescale in the kettle!There's only a bed and a very tiny nightstand in the room—nowhere to put your things. I asked for a chair or a stool, but they refused."

"I specifically chose a city hotel near the beach. It was clean, everything was new, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. I didn't opt for food, so I can't comment on that. The single room was perfectly fine for two people if you're not planning to spend much time at the hotel. What's extremely important is the excellent water pressure in the shower. The towels were spotlessly clean and soft. The bed and duvet were good. I'd recommend choosing a room with a balcony. The room without a balcony faced an inner courtyard. It was noisy from the air conditioning unit. However, with the window closed and my own AC running, it wasn't a major issue. For me, a quiet, enclosed space, free from distractions, is ideal for rest and a good night's sleep. I used Yandex Taxi to get to the airport; it arrived in 5 minutes. The cars, however, were a bit worn out. There's a kettle, complimentary water, and a fridge. It's suitable for a relaxing stay and a good night's sleep; I spent all my time on the beach and walking along the promenade by the sea. Something was odd about the food in Antalya; perhaps you need to research places beforehand. There are many fast-food places nearby. I tried kebab twice, but the kebab in Moscow is definitely better and cheaper. I ended up relying on yogurt and ayran from the store. Efes beer is excellent, though. If you need a couple of days to unwind and get some fresh air, this hotel is a great option."

"There is everything you need in the room, teapot, fan, twig, washing machine, dishes and washing machine, but I was not comfortable. They stayed one night before departure. The view from the windows to the building, quite modern repair, but apparently everything was done not qualitatively, from the walls everywhere the pipes, near the window of the wall in the flow, the pillows are not comfortable, dust on the floor."
