"This hotel is really clean, and there's absolutely nothing to fault. I've stayed at other places nearby where the water pressure was so low that showering was always a trickle... so annoying! But here, it's just great. The hotel views are amazing, and it's perfect for a walk. It's truly a charming hotel where my family felt as comfortable as if they were at home."

"Summary: Clean, spacious, and excellent service. It's a 20-minute taxi ride from Incheon Terminal 2. I arrived around 12 PM, and the male manager at the front desk, despite being muscular, was surprisingly friendly (many Korean men, I really can't be bothered). Since there were two of us men, he even gave me two face masks and allowed me to check in early, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very large, clean, and smelled good. The bed was comfortable. The next day, I checked out almost an hour late, and they didn't rush me at all. At 600 for the room, it was an absolute steal. As a transit hotel, the surrounding small commercial area was more than satisfactory. Though small, it felt quite upscale. The Paradise shopping mall next door has a restaurant on the second floor called Bije Korean BBQ, which is very authentic. Their unique way of preparing 'Pyeongyang Naengmyeon' is surprisingly light and refreshing. I used to eat at their Seocho-dong branch for two years when I was studying in Korea. There's also a 24-hour BBQ stew place next door that's equally delicious, and the owner, Yenbasang, is very kind. Both places are within walking distance."

"It was not yet in a normal operational state. The elevators were covered with plastic sheeting, and since the laundry room and business center were unusable, my plans to do laundry and work on my computer at the hotel were ruined. I complained to the front desk, but they only stated that the facilities were currently unavailable; they offered no apology or suggestions for alternatives (such as an internet cafe or laundromat). Breakfast was not a buffet (though it was cheaper), and there were no restaurants or bars operating other than breakfast. I was puzzled as to why this wasn't indicated on the website when none of the facilities were functioning properly, and I couldn't understand why they were charging the full price. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, so I recommend it if you are only going to sleep; however, if your purpose is anything else, you should probably wait a little longer."

"Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent; it's a very new hotel. Hygiene: The hygiene is very good. Environment: There are many dining options within the hotel, and the integrated commercial area makes eating and drinking very convenient, making it ideal for families with children."

"My flight was suddenly delayed, so I booked on the same day, but I am ultimately very satisfied! Capsule hotels inside Incheon Airport were sold out, and there were hardly any hotels right in front of the airport, or they were all fully booked. I was looking for hotels near Unseo Station, but they all sold out quickly. I booked this place because it was the only one left, and I plan to use it again in the future whenever I arrive late at night and need to stay overnight near the airport or take an early morning flight! First of all, the room was sooooo clean ㅠㅠ It felt even more comfortable because I had the double room all to myself, but it was really good enough for two people to share haha. Also, since they have washing and drying facilities, waking up in the morning, running the washing machine, and cooking ramen at the cafeteria was pure bliss! ㅠㅠ I didn't even go there for the view, but the view was pretty too, which was great! I highly recommend this place haha."

"The room was great, and there was always hot water. Most importantly, it's super convenient for the airport. The free shuttle bus gets you to T1 in just two stops. It's also not too far from the Inspire Arena, perfect for K-pop fans or anyone on a quick trip to catch a concert. Downstairs there's a CU convenience store, and a Mega Mart nearby, which is fantastic! (I was in such a rush I didn't take any photos, so here are a couple of offline pics instead 😝)"

"Home sweet Home style. Very comfortable and there is a Laundry area u can use. Netflex is also available , shared T&B but well cleaned. U can cook ur own breakfast available in the kitchen. The Host is very kind, he even sent us to the airport."

"컨디션도 너무 좋고 진짜 깨끗합니다! 닌텐도방 이용했는데 하나라서 당황했는데 스포츠 게임?그거는 2인에루 할 수 있는거라 재밌게 즐겼네요! OTT도 다 로그인 되어있어서 너무 펀하게 즐겼고 공간이 좀 작은거 빼고는 매우 만족입니다! 사실 보일러 고장?으로 온수가 안나와서 좀 슬펐는데 연락도 바로바로 해주시고 다른 방 더 주시는 등 최대한 대처해주려고 해주시는 모습이셔서 괜찮았습니다!! 고장이 날 수도 있져 뭐. 정말 친절하셔요"
