New Hotels in Phnom Penh

"Hotel is new so you would expect it to have a good look and feel. Warm welcome when I arrived. Room looked night when first saw it. Staff in all areas overly friendly Shower is hot with good pressure However, not all positive: Air conditioner wasn't working in the gym. Seems to be stairs only to access to lobby from street or carpark. Room security box is attached to the floor of the wardrobe - not good if you have mobility issues Breakfast selection is very basic and uninspiring Room amenities - 1 black tea teabag, and no milk/creamer, 1 green tea teabag, 2 premixed coffee/milk/sweetener sachets, 2 tiny water bottles Bed mattress is incresibly firm Over all nothing really bad with the hotel, but wasn't anything more special than other similar priced hotels near by."

"The place is right next to the national museum and royal palace. the room is clean with enough equipment. And the receiptionist is 24h."

"My stay this time exceeded expectations. The room was very clean, odor-free, and the soundproofing was good, so my rest wasn't disturbed. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff were patient and thoughtful, and responded promptly to any issues. The surrounding area offers convenient access to food, drinks, and transportation. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, and the value for money is excellent. It's very suitable for business trips or short stays. Great location, clean rooms, attentive service, a very comfortable stay, and good value for money. Highly recommended! 👍"

"The hotel offers convenient pick-up and drop-off services. The front desk staff speaking Chinese was very helpful. The room was great, just like a Seasons Hotel in China. There's a convenience store downstairs, which is handy for buying things. However, restaurants are quite far from here. The closest option is a Burger King about 3km away. Overall, it was a long stay."

"New, modern, clean hotel located just next to riverfront and walking street. Few tourist attractions is within walking distance from hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. No drinking water provided in room 😕. Kettle is provided, boil your own 🤭 Definitely will stay here again if visit Phenom Penh."

"The overall facilities and environment are great. However, on the floor where my room is, there's a laundry room, and the pipes connect to my room's balcony. Every time someone does laundry, it gets noisy in my room, and the water flows all over the balcony. Also, on my second day, I saw a cockroach in my room. The environment definitely needs improvement. Oh, and the little cat at the second-floor counter is super cute! 😍"

"I had a very happy stay at this hotel, it’s showing signs of age but still perfectly acceptable, location was good for me as pretty central to access everything easily by Tuk Tuk. Pool area is very pleasant but sometimes staff absent so had to phone down, some good food deals and beer and drink available, some towels again showing signs of age so could do with being replaced. Restaurant on site and breakfast seven selection for all at $7 so good value. The staff as always in Cambodia are brilliant, I had good banter with the guys on the door and often bought them coffees and brought pastries for them. The coffee shop / stall offers coffees at$2.50 so good value as well and freshly made. The superior room was a god size, bed comfy and the shower was a good size and water was very good… I had a couple of small issues in the room but maintenance were in the room fixing it with 10 mins so absolutely fantastic. However the USB power sockets either side of the end did not work and could not be fixed so had to obtain an adapter as the UK socket would not fit the bedside outlets. I am returning in November and see no reason why I won’t stay here again, it’s a balance of value against facilities and this I believe is a great value for money hotel, yes there are fancier hotels ata much higher price and likewise there are cheaper ones that are definitely not up to the standard of this hotel. Enjoy your stay and please buy the guys a coffee and bring back a pastry if your out (they like the ones with custard in the middle lol)"

"Traveling with my child, I chose the best-located hotel in the city. From the room, we had a fantastic view overlooking the Royal Palace and the Mekong River, and safety was also a major plus. The front desk staff were proficient in both English and Chinese. Breakfast was delicious, even offering Chinese-style noodles. In the evenings, we enjoyed dinner at the iconic skybar on the rooftop, and the prices were very reasonable. When my son got hungry in the middle of the night, we ordered room service pasta, and it was absolutely excellent!"

"This is my second time here thought it’s will be good as the first time , but got the worst experience ever , they choose to do the instruction on a Saturday morning , without any inform in advance , and we checked in around late night last night the staff seem not really welcome also . About the instruction , we woke up by the sound of noise and the point is it’s in the same floor that we stay , we can’t get enough sleep and have to go out for a whole afternoon , and when we asked they have no any solution just telling us that the instructions finished at 5pm , so we have to wait ? Lol , This is abit unreasonable for us."
