The front desk staff was gentle and polite, the check-in and check-out process was fast, and there was no delay in the whole process. The room hygiene is meticulous, the floor, bathroom, bedding are spotless, there is no smell, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and the noise is not heard on the street. The spare parts are fully equipped, the hot water is stable, the lighting design is soft, and the details are full. The public area is elegant, well-maintained, and the overall decoration is simple and atmospheric. Whether it is a short trip or a transit stay, it is a great choice. "This was my first time visiting Weihai, and I chose the Crowne Plaza Weihai Binhai, near Xiaoyao Bay, for easy access to attractions along the eastern route by car. Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel is new, comfortable, and the service was very attentive. The room had a nice view overlooking Xiaoyao Lake, where I could see people fishing – a very relaxed atmosphere. It's about a 3 km drive to Xiaoyao Bay beach, and parking fees weren't expensive. We even caught a beautiful sunset in the evening. I highly recommend the hotel's indoor pool. It’s clean and comfortable, and besides the standard pool, there are two shallower splash pools, which are great for kids. The pool is connected to the main building by an indoor walkway, so if you enjoy swimming, you can go directly from your room and easily return for a shower and rest afterward. For dining, the breakfast was generally good. When I was hungry in the evening, I tried ordering a pizza from the all-day dining restaurant for room service, and it was surprisingly delicious. We also had two lunches at the Chinese restaurant, and both the noodles and pig trotters were excellent. During our two-night stay, all the staff we encountered were incredibly warm and friendly. A special thank you to Molly, who promptly answered all our questions and handled our requests during check-in, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring."

"Extremely comfortable, I loved the room's scent and amenities. We stayed in room 410, which had floor-to-ceiling windows. The front desk lady had an excellent service attitude, always smiling, and even changed our room to a twin-bed room to meet our needs. The staff who brought items to our room was also very quick, which made us extend our stay for two more nights. That floor also has a public gym, dining tables, a microwave, and a washing machine, which was very convenient for us. The hotel is only a three-minute walk from Weihai Station and a short three to four-minute bike ride to Hanlefang. I loved it, and I'll definitely be back!"
