JessicacuiyuxinThe hotel room was pretty good, clean and hygienic. Hmm, it just had a slight, strange smell. I don't understand why they chose a cardboard lampshade for the bedside lamp – you know, that corrugated kind glued together. Glued items like that release formaldehyde! Anyway, everything else was tidied up very well. The duvet was also changed to a lighter summer one. The view outside the window is great, and for a hotel right by the sea, the value for money is quite good.

Guest UserThe family room is beautiful, with different cartoon elements in every corner. This hotel is also family-themed, offering thoughtful amenities like kid-friendly activities, a playground, and even tools for clam digging. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and had perfect smiles! We happened to stay during the Qixi Festival, and the panoramic restaurant on the 20th floor was beautifully decorated.
Right across from the hotel is Weigao Plaza, the city's largest commercial center. It's super convenient for dining, shopping, and finding anything you need. Several of my saved favorite restaurants were located right there in Weigao Plaza, so I got to try them all. The hotel's location is also excellent, right in the city center, close to Maotou Mountain, Jianggu Corner, Xingfu Gate, and the seaside park.
Weihai is truly beautiful and fun; I'll definitely come back again!

Facilities: Well-equipped and quite new.
Hygiene: Clean and sanitary.
Environment: Very comfortable. The location is next to the municipal government, close to Weigao and Weizhi Harbour, perfect for an evening stroll by the sea.
Service: The service attitude was excellent, and I especially loved the free late check-out until 6 PM! Extending it to 6 PM is ideal for procrastinators and those traveling by high-speed rail!

Anonymous UserLet's be frank and review this from all angles:
**Environment:** Backed by mountains and facing the sea, it's perfect for a relaxing getaway.
**Location:** It's just a few hundred meters from Haiyuan Park, easily accessible on foot. It's about 3 kilometers from Weigao Plaza in the city center and 2 kilometers from Half Moon Bay, so taxis are convenient.
**Service:** Upon arrival and departure, the staff were very helpful in carrying our luggage. The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant services were all excellent, prompt, and enthusiastic.
**Dining:** The breakfast selection was sufficient and matched the price. The Chinese restaurant has a great ambiance with a scenic balcony directly overlooking the sea, and prices are moderate. I can't really comment on the taste as everyone's preferences differ.
**Cleanliness:** Very good. However, being quite sensitive to smells, I could still detect a slight hint of renovation odor in the hallway and room. This might vary from person to person.
**Overall:** If I have the chance, I would definitely come back.

Guest UserI stumbled upon this hotel with a floor-to-ceiling sea-view window room online and immediately fell in love with it. So, I took advantage of the three-day Qingming Festival holiday to visit Weihai. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and the actual experience was fantastic!
From the hotel's **exterior**, it felt like an older four-star, but once I entered the lobby, the overall impression was very neat, clean, and bright. You could tell that the hotel put effort into maintaining its facilities. The staff were also very enthusiastic, even calling a day in advance to confirm my itinerary and preferences. The **service** was excellent.
Since I arrived quite late on the first night, after 10:00 PM in Weihai, I booked a **standard king room** for the first night. It offered a street view, not the sea. The room was quiet and very clean, perfect for a good night's rest.
On the second day, around 9:00 AM, we moved to the sea-view room I had been looking forward to. I booked the **Deluxe Sea View Terrace King Room**. The room was still very clean and quiet. The interior decoration was on par with a five-star hotel (though the walls were a bit patchy and could use a repaint). Upon entering, there was a bathtub, and then the super large floor-to-ceiling window and terrace came into view. In front of the window, there was a soft sofa, which was incredibly comfortable and relaxing for drinking tea or coffee – it just made me so happy. The view from the terrace was also stunning; the sea was very clear on sunny days. In the evening, you could watch the sunset from the room. What could be more romantic than that?
The **breakfast** restaurant was a sea-view restaurant with a huge floor-to-ceiling window. Outside, there was a trestle bridge, the sea, and seagulls – the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast selection wasn't super extensive, but it covered most Chinese breakfast essentials, and the taste was good. For a four-star hotel, it was really impressive.
The **location** is in Huancui District, not far from attractions like Torch 8th Street. There are also many good restaurants nearby. Downstairs are Jinshatan Beach and the Jinhaiwan Trestle Bridge, where many seagulls hover.
The hotel has an elevator that goes directly to the beach, and guests are given an exclusive wristband. For families with children who want to play in the water during summer, it's very convenient – you can go straight back to your room via the elevator to wash up after playing.
Overall, the accommodation experience was excellent! Full marks, highly recommended!

Guest UserWe came to Weihai for a trip and initially only booked one night. After staying, we felt the hotel was quite good, and the room was very clean. The hotel is in the city center, right below Weigao Plaza, and the popular '网红足球场' (influencer football field) is also very close. The staff service was excellent. We wanted to extend our stay, and Tonia responded quickly and helped us arrange the extension. The hotel's welcome cookies were also very good, and they had creative ice cream at the front desk. It's very convenient for going out shopping or taking a stroll by the sea. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant, and the service was warm and thoughtful. Next time we come to Weihai, we will definitely prioritize staying here again.

We arrived at the hotel at 4:30 PM, only to find no rooms available. We were told to wait at least 40 minutes. While waiting in the lobby, we noticed a group of men playing cards. Soon after, we smelled cigarette smoke. When we asked a staff member to address it, they rudely talked back to us, even being verbally abusive. I reported the situation to the lobby manager, and even had to actively seek an update from them. The final response was that they couldn't stop the men because they hadn't 'substantially witnessed' them smoking, among other unacceptable excuses. Although the hotel apologized and offered some gifts, it was an extremely poor experience for us, traveling a long distance with a child! I can only assume this is due to the hotel's usual lack of management, allowing these idle individuals to gather and play cards and smoke. I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously to prevent similar incidents from happening again! Also, we found bugs in the room and reported it to the front desk, but they couldn't provide any clear explanation... Sigh, so unprofessional!

Guest UserWe visited Weihai during the May Day holiday and chose the Weihai International Business Hotel, which is very close to the pier, to go to Liugong Island. It's a 15-minute walk to the pier. With children, we took a taxi, which was a 3-minute ride. After a long day at Liugong Island, we were exhausted and were able to quickly return to the hotel to rest. The room butler, Lina, provided exceptionally attentive service. She had already hung the children's laundry on the closet door and hung it out to dry by the window when we returned. The hotel is a state-owned enterprise. It was quite early, but the hotel was clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The only downside was the slightly stiff bath towels. The view from the sea-view room was unbeatable. We could see the Liugong Island pier and enjoy the beautiful sunset.

Guest UserThe hotel called us in advance to confirm our check-in time and sent us a message with directions. When we arrived, they even upgraded us to a suite and prepared small gifts for the kids, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was decent; it's not a five-star hotel, but it had everything we needed. The late check-out was also great – the kids got to play in the sea, come back for a shower, and then we checked out, which was super convenient. I left a ring behind, and customer service messaged me about it. It's the kind of small item that's easily overlooked, which shows how meticulous the housekeeping staff are. Being right on the beach downstairs was incredibly convenient too.

TiansimitangJust got back from Weihai, and I stayed at the Jinhaiwan Resort Hotel for 4 nights. The service was excellent; the staff were so warm and patient. Although the furniture and facilities in the room were a bit old, the room itself was very large and spacious, perfect for families traveling with elderly parents and children. The hotel is right next to the west gate of Shandong University, and you can walk straight out to Jinshatan International Beach. To the north, you'll find the scenic Huanhai Road.
