When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Weihai hotel features parking on site. If you demand a high level of service, our guests have indicated that this hotel has excellent standards. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"The room was spotless, and even the water glasses had paper covers. The bathroom exceeded my expectations, with a wet and dry separation, a heated towel rack, and a smart toilet seat. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and proactively offered recommendations for local restaurants when asked. Oh, and I think the housekeeping staff's service level surpasses that of five-star hotels. They left handwritten notes to communicate when guests were out and even provided local fig tea for us to sample. The breakfast selection was also very rich. This Baile Hotel seems to be a chain in Shandong; I've seen it all the way from Dongying, Penglai, and Yantai to Weihai. The only minor drawback is that the self-service laundry's dryer could be replaced with a more efficient model (like LG, Hilton Garden Inn's dryers are quite efficient). The hotel's location is also excellent; Huancui Pavilion is just about 1 km behind it, and from the higher floors, you can even see Liugong Island."

XXianghuanyoushijiedexiaoguanguanAlthough the room dates back to 2016, it's in great shape overall, and the bathroom is incredibly spacious! Breakfast was also excellent; they even served Shin Ramyun, which I've never seen at other hotel breakfasts! The hotel is quite close to Weihai Park and the 'Big Photo Frame.' However, a notable drawback is that water tends to overflow easily in the bathroom, making the floor quite slippery, especially if you're wearing shoes. Getting to Hanlefang requires a taxi, and traffic can get very congested during dinner hours.

GGuest UserThis is Weihai's State Guesthouse, and as expected, the location is excellent. The room facilities were surprisingly good; we even got an upgrade to a room with a partial sea view, which was fantastic. The hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic – from the lobby manager and front desk to the floor attendants, the friendly doorman, and the restaurant staff – everyone demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a genuine passion for service. It's clear the entire hotel is incredibly well-managed right now! Our stay was extremely comfortable and added significant positive emotional value to our trip. This is definitely a hotel we'll choose again next time we visit Weihai.

YYuyu-dearingFacilities: The facilities are very complete, and the slippers are of particularly good quality.
Service: The staff at the front desk, both the male and female attendants, provided excellent service. I wasn't feeling well, and the front desk even brought me brown sugar ginger tea. They also gave me a bottle of water when I checked out.
Hygiene: Everything was very clean, and I slept comfortably.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Weihai.

AAnonymous UserHere's my objective review of this stay.
Pros:
1. Upon check-in, a staff member helped me with my luggage from the lobby.
2. My child lost a toy accessory in the room during our stay and we couldn't find it. When checking out, I asked the staff to look for it again when cleaning the room. In the afternoon, the hotel informed me that they had two teams search for it and finally found it. I'm very grateful, and they even helped arrange for it to be sent back to me with payment on delivery.
3. During one of the cleanings, they left two extra bottles of water and a note, indicating they noticed formula milk powder in the room and that more water might be needed for mixing it.
4. The male staff member in a black suit I met in the hallway and the female cleaner I met the next morning greeted me very politely.
5. During breakfast, a very tall manager and other service staff saw me with my young child and proactively offered to cook the noodles longer and even brought them to my table. When I mentioned that the yogurt was gone, they responded and refilled it very quickly.
6. The room has a great view, offering panoramic views of the beach and the pier.
Cons:
1. There were no Little Prince children's amenities or daily yogurt, which I had read about in other reviews.
2. The non-smoking floor was a joke. There was always a smell of smoke in the hallway, and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the windowsill in the hallway right in front of our room. After I moved it to the trash bin near the elevator, a few hours later, a plastic box full of cigarette butts had replaced it in the original spot. After I reported this to the hotel, their only response was that the guest across the hall was smoking in the corridor and they had aired it out, with no other action taken.
3. The provided baby bed rail couldn't be fixed securely and was ineffective. At our request and prompting, they brought ropes to tie it down (at the previous hotel we stayed at, the bed rail was already tied and secured before our arrival).
4. During the mid-stay cleaning, they didn't notice clothes dropped on the floor, and the duvet was just folded haphazardly. However, they did proactively drain the water from the bathtub.
5. The hotel room card could open a door leading to the beach, but we weren't informed about this. We only found out from a passerby.

JJingchengtutuI took my 80-year-old mother to Weihai to experience life in a coastal city, and Weihai left a wonderful impression on us. We stayed at the Blue Ocean Hotel, which has an amazing location. From our room, we had a panoramic view of the濱海公園 (Binhai Park) and the famous 'Big Photo Frame' sculpture. We just had to cross the road from the hotel to immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery.
Beyond the beautiful views, I especially want to thank Ms. Gong Xinru from the hotel. She was incredibly patient and meticulous in her work. When we checked out, we completely forgot three of my mother's favorite clothes in the room. From the moment we arrived at the station to head to our next destination, until several hours after we reached Jinan, Ms. Gong repeatedly called me because I wasn't answering my phone. She finally informed me about the clothes and promptly arranged for them to be couriered. By the time we arrived home, the package had already been successfully delivered. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Gong for her exceptional service.

AAifei3I wish I could give it ten stars! I'm so incredibly satisfied. The service was excellent, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. The cleanliness was good, and I have to mention that the bed and pillows were super comfortable. What a pleasant surprise! The location is just perfect. Although Weihai is a tourist city, this was my first visit, and the experience was fantastic. Everyone I encountered, whether for dining, accommodation, or transportation, was polite and courteous, never hurried or impatient. I truly love this place!

GGuest UserThe in-room amenities and toiletries were all very clean and thoughtfully provided. Despite being an older hotel, the service didn't feel outdated at all. My experience was excellent. The location is right next to Liugong Island Scenic Area, making it very convenient for getting around, and it's also not far from Weihai Park, Hanlefang, and the train station.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff, D, was very gracious and handled my check-in efficiently and smoothly, with no unnecessary waiting. They even proactively offered the DoubleTree's signature warm cookies, which were sweet and delicious. D also meticulously explained all the important details about the room facilities, the gym, and breakfast location. The hotel is in a prime downtown location, right above Weigao Plaza, which has a wide variety of restaurants and shops. It's just a few minutes' walk to Xingfumen Beach, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, strolls, and photo ops. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious, ensuring a great night's sleep. D was consistently gentle and patient throughout, showing genuine care and attention to every detail, without any perfunctory service. My entire stay was relaxing and comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. This is definitely a top choice for accommodation when visiting Weihai.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating four people. Just across the road, past the Licheng Hotel, you'll find Jinshawan Pier. Shenyang Road, bustling with restaurants, is only a few minutes' walk away, and a little further leads to Shanwei Night Market. The International Bathing Beach stretches along the coastline, and it's a pleasant 30-minute walk to Huoju 8th Street. What's more, collecting seafood from the tidal flats near the rocks by Jinshawan Pier is also very convenient.
