Room 811 is a room divided into two bedrooms, separated only by an archway, with no direct door between them. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The outer room has bunk beds, while the inner room has a double bed. The room's color scheme is very comfortable, and the lighting is soft. Thoughtfully, baby toothbrushes and slippers are provided. The hotel service is excellent; everyone is very nice, making you feel right at home. Here are some issues: 1. There was a odor coming from the toilet; I suggest improving the floor drain. 2. The wet and dry areas weren't properly separated; water splashed everywhere around the toilet area when showering. 3. No towel rack, too few clothes hangers. 4. The bunk beds are too soft; children should sleep on firmer mattresses for better spinal health. 5. The double bed pillows could be changed to two firm and two soft pillows to cater to different guest needs. 6. Breakfast is a bit late; it's suggested to extend the breakfast time earlier. Craft beer. 7. The front desk could add more tourist maps for guests' convenience. 8. Soundproofing is poor; walking upstairs can be clearly heard downstairs."
