"Booked this hotel and contacted the front desk upon arrival, and they arranged a car for me. No need to worry about airport transfers either, as it's a direct ten-minute drive to the airport, making early morning flights stress-free. The hotel is also very new, with brand-new facilities. I personally found the lobby design very sophisticated, creating a great atmosphere.
The room was spacious, and I noticed no strange odors upon entering. The high-low pillows were a thoughtful touch. The entire room features smart voice control, paired with a smart toilet. The water pressure was excellent, making showers incredibly comfortable.
Even with an early morning flight, I still managed to have breakfast, and the selection was plentiful.
The front desk staff were also very welcoming; they smiled as soon as I walked in, which was lovely (๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ.
I think this place offers incredible value for money, especially at this price point. If you like it, give it a try."

"It is very good experience except the toilet has no privacy and there wasn’t any bedsheet the pelow was one for every bed but overall the staffs are superb if I was the owner this hotel I definitely treat them like my own children and thake care of them and never ever forget there necessities always would appreciate there efforts ☺️"

"This hotel truly won me over! The environment is excellent, and the staff are incredibly polite. The front desk even has complimentary snacks. The room was spotlessly clean, and I loved the smart voice control for the AC, TV, lights, and curtains via the Xiaodu assistant. All the facilities are brand new, and they even have robots for delivery. There's a laundry room and a gym, and the breakfast was delicious with a comfortable atmosphere – it felt just as convenient as being at home. Plus, it's right next to SM Plaza, which is super convenient for shopping. The location is great for getting around. I will definitely stay here again next time; it's my top choice!"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the service has always been outstanding. Whenever I’ve had difficulties in China, the staff have gone out of their way to help me, whether with translation or practical problems. They even helped me recover laundry I had forgotten at another hotel in Shanghai, and on another occasion, when I lost my wallet, they helped me contact the driver. They are extremely competent, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is also very well maintained, the view is great, and even the robot service is reliable. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in China, this is easily the best in terms of service."

"The air conditioner's vent direction can be adjusted. If you push the flap upwards, the cold air blows towards the ceiling, so it doesn't blow directly on you while you're in bed. It's cool without giving you a headache!"

"The location is super close to the airport. I thought it might be noisy, but I actually slept quite well. The room decor is very new, and thankfully, I could open the window for ventilation. I'm usually sensitive to smells, but there was hardly any new-redecoration odor.
The biggest plus was the airport pick-up service. Arriving late at night, I didn't have to bother with transportation; it was super convenient to get directly to the hotel. There were also plenty of takeaway options nearby, making it easy to order late-night snacks or breakfast.
The next day, driving to Shishi was a straightforward route without detours. This place is perfect for late arrivals and those with an early start the next day! Overall, it was clean, quiet, convenient, with thoughtful service and excellent value for money."

"Cleanliness: It was very clean overall, just a tiny bit of dirt in the corner of the sofa, but everything else was spotless.
Service: The two young women and young man working in the evening were great. One of the women even offered to hold the door for us, and the young man enthusiastically answered our questions. The two ladies on the morning shift the next day were not as good.
Heads up: This hotel is called 'Wanda Branch,' but it's a 5-10 minute taxi ride from Wanda Plaza. It can be hard to quickly hail a taxi for short trips like that in Quanzhou Jinjiang."
