"Took my elderly parents for a short weekend trip. Wencheng Hotel is well-located, with convenient parking, and is very senior-friendly, including its dining options. It's just a seven or eight-minute walk to Qiyuan Garden, a Jiangnan-style garden where you can leisurely stroll and relax, with plenty of pavilions and towers to sit and rest in. A five-minute drive takes you to North Street, where the famous Shengli Hotel is located right at the intersection. It's slightly different from the Shengli Hotel in Shendang Ancient Town, but the food is excellent. The hotel is also very close to Guanhai Park and the big windmill, and within a half-hour drive to Nanbei Lake, making it very convenient."

"The newly opened homestay, the room is like the picture on the platform, the hygiene is very clean and tidy, the quilt and the bed are comfortable to sleep, the night is very quiet, not far from the scenic spot, you can walk. A pair of warm and welcoming aunts and uncles are taking care of it, invited us to have breakfast, and sent four bottles of water before leaving. Rest assured, highly recommended!"
