"The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to Yuzheyoushan, Wanda Plaza, and Changying Century City. The family room is perfect for traveling with kids, and the Atour bedding is, as always, incredibly comfortable. The staff were also very warm and professional. However, I was a bit surprised on the first day; the street downstairs seemed to be a morning market, with dozens of stalls lining the road, making the surrounding environment not great. The room only had a tiny window, which also seemed to face a market, as I could faintly hear the various WeChat payment announcements early in the morning. Was the breakfast outsourced? It didn't feel up to Atour's usual standard."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center of Changchun, just over 100 meters from the subway station, about a five-minute walk. Taxis are also readily available. The hotel facilities are very new, and the bathroom has great water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. It seems to have opened recently, as there's still a slight renovation smell in the room. It would be even better if they could provide some activated carbon or an air purifier. The breakfast spread is extensive and features distinct Northeastern Chinese characteristics; both kids and seniors loved it. The hygiene is impeccable, very clean, and the attention to detail is superb, truly living up to its five-star standard. I'll definitely come back for my next business trip, highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service in all areas was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also very efficient, attentive, and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The restaurant service was especially impressive. My husband is American and is not used to using chopsticks, so we truly appreciated that the staff thoughtfully provided him with a knife and fork every morning without us even needing to ask. It made him feel very comfortable and well cared for. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The restaurant manager was very attentive and asked about our food preferences. On our last day, we mentioned that we would like to try sweet and sour pork, and the manager kindly arranged it for us. We were very touched by such thoughtful and warm service. Overall, we are very grateful for the kindness and excellent service. It truly made our stay memorable."

The biggest advantage of the new store is that all the equipment is brand new, the room is bright and clean, and there is no need to worry about the old facilities. I like Atour's bed the most. I lie down for a day and decompress it. The sound insulation is also online. The front desk partners are gentle and check in is not delayed. The public area bamboo living atmosphere is very good, you can sit for a while in your free time. Self-service laundry is really a boon for long-distance travelers! "The hotel's location is excellent, with an underground parking lot and surrounded by large shopping malls. We walked to Yuan Sheng Ju for a meal and then to Xinhua Bookstore to buy books for the kids, which was super convenient. The owner even upgraded us to a family room on the 31st floor because I had two children. The high floor offered fresh air and was very quiet. I'll definitely be staying here every time I visit Changchun in the future."

Wanda Moments Changchun

"I snagged a promotional package deal and booked my stay for New Year's Day well in advance. To my surprise, there was no price increase, which made the whole process incredibly smooth. Upon arrival, it seemed they upgraded our room directly to the club floor. The hotel is brand new, so all the facilities are modern and very clean. It's conveniently located next to Wanda Plaza, making shopping very easy, and getting to the high-speed rail station by taxi is also quick. The front desk is on the ground floor, which is also the second floor of the hotel. There's what looks like a planned café area and a small kids' zone. The room isn't exceptionally large, but all the amenities are smart: a smart toilet, a smart TV (which automatically displayed ”Dear Mr. X and Ms. Y” upon entry), and smart curtains. The lighting is very bright (which we prefer) and comprehensive. The bathroom has a good wet/dry separation, a spacious and functional vanity, and the shower provides hot water very quickly. The in-room hardware is pretty much all essential and well-equipped. You can call directly by saying ”Xiao Du” (the smart assistant's name). The breakfast restaurant isn't huge, but it's currently sufficient. It's amazing how they manage to offer both Western and Chinese options, including congee, a noodle bar, various hot Chinese dishes, sausages, eggs, milk, coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, salad, and fruit. On the first day, they even had tofu pudding! Now for a few minor drawbacks: 1. The lights and exhaust fan in the wash area are all controlled by a single switch, so they can't be operated independently. The exhaust fan and toilet flushing (smart flush) are quite loud; loud enough to wake up family members if used in the middle of the night. 2. The shower stall didn't have an anti-slip mat or plastic shower slippers. When I asked the front desk, they explained that these aren't disposable items, so they couldn't provide them (doesn't this go against environmental principles? Or am I misunderstanding?). Their proposed solution was to offer more disposable slippers or floor towels. We felt they completely missed our point, so we didn't bother asking for anything. In the end, we had to shower barefoot very carefully. 3. The wardrobe came with a full-length mirror, which was great, but it surprisingly had built-in lighting. I looked everywhere for a switch, only to find out it was powered by a separate plug. I had to unplug it. 4. Currently, no children's amenities are provided. On the brighter side, the service was actually quite good. The front desk and restaurant staff were generally very accommodating. Food delivery by robot to the room was also very convenient and cute."
