"Like the previous review, the air conditioning didn't work for the two nights we spent there! It was a crucial factor in our choice, given the heatwave. Sleeping with the window open was impossible, as it overlooked the RER train line and the A86 motorway behind it. Overall, I feel like everything about this stay was complicated. We weren't happy with our assigned room. They refused to change it, claiming the hotel was full, but I didn't get that impression at all! Getting a second key card for the room was impossible; their system seems so complicated. Activating a second card cancels the first one—it's absurd! Getting a second parking pass was just as complicated, even though my partner and I weren't leaving at the same time. We didn't receive a second pass, despite having paid for two parking spaces! In short, despite a rather spacious room and a very comfortable bed, this stay was not the most pleasant!"

"Excellent service provided by reception and due to easy access to RER station it is was 15 min train ride to central paris where trains are coming every 5 min. The hotel was very clean and seems to be renovated or opened recently. Recommended to stay if visiting paris."

"What a disappointment, a new hotel but the service is lacking! Family room so 2 adjoining rooms of good size but bathroom with sliding door, behind the door, full of dust bunnies! Bravo for the cleanliness! We are told that we must not take showers too hot because it can set off the fire alarms! It's the first time I've heard that after arriving at a high-end hotel! That's good, the water is barely warm so there was no risk of setting off an alarm! One of the rooms had a heater that wasn't working properly! After setting it to 23 degrees, it never heated the room. In addition, it turned off during the night knowing that it was -1 degree outside, so 14 degrees in the room! A scandal! I check out, they don't even ask me if everything went well! Honestly, the service was not great, I still mentioned it to the receptionist and she said: "You should have told us! We should have changed rooms!" Sorry, I can't imagine the heating going off in the middle of the night! A rather unpleasant awakening in a freezing room! In short, the service was not up to the standard of Mercure, knowing that we heard the receptionist say on the phone when we arrived (8:30 p.m.) "I don't know if the rooms are ready!" But what kind of hotel and service! If you have a choice, go elsewhere! When leaving the room this morning, the false wall opened onto the hotel's pipes!!"

"The location of the hotel is good with just a few minutes walk from the train station. The room is clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel also has lounge which provide snacks and space to work. It would be great if the hotel can improve their gym equipment. Overall I had a comfortable stay at the hotel."
