"I booked this hotel for one night four days prior to arrival, but due to a change in work arrangements, I had to cancel the booking the following day. I contacted both Ctrip and the hotel multiple times by phone and email. Ctrip actively mediated, but the hotel refused to cancel my booking free of charge and charged me the full amount for one night's accommodation. I personally do not recommend booking this hotel."

"The hotel is in great location, rooms are quiet and clean and very spacious. BUT reception working hours on weekends is terrible! There is no reception (12 to 14h30 I think) meaning if your arrival is in this time, which was the case for us, be prepared to spend hours in the streets with your luggage! not a pleasant way to start the trip, specially on a +30 degrees or a rainy day!"

"The room was quite nice, with a modern design and a small kitchenette with some cooking utensils, making it convenient for me to prepare my own meals. It's about a half-hour drive from the city center, and there aren't many restaurants or supermarkets nearby, so it's a bit inconvenient. However, it's great value for money."
