"Small nice hotel, with friendly staff and a good breakfast, with reasonable choice of good cakes and croissants, fruit salad, cheese, hard eggs, bacon and ham. Room and bathroom small but clean and with everything you need. Separate toilet, as in the French habit. Quite area, quick enough to reach the city center (the wonderful Stanislas square!) by foot, passing by the even nearer train station. Easy enough to find parking nearby at reasonable price, free on Sundays."

"Beware of bad experiences with KOSY aparthotels. What they say before signing the contract is different after signing! I paid €1900 for a student apartment in Nancy and they told me if the visa was refused you would be reimbursed for the entire rent except the application fee which would be €198! But in the end they told me that I had to pay the rent for one month! The contract hadn't even started yet! And I paid! I wouldn't recommend it."

"The hotel is some distance from the station, it takes 15 minutes to walk, if there is more luggage, it will be more difficult. But the hotel is close to the ancient city attractions and 10 minutes can go to the ancient city. The hotel is an old building, so there is no elevator, it will be more difficult to carry luggage, walk up the old rotating ladder to the room, the door feels very French, the heating is traditional, but very warm. The overall design is particularly comfortable, the bathroom color is also very beautiful, the new bathroom equipment is very clean. There is water on the first floor for free. I didn't buy breakfast, I don't know how it tastes, the dining area looks very comfortable, I want to try a French breakfast next time."

"Contrary to what I had read, the studio was very good, clean, well appointed, and spacious. There is no television but wifi allows you to follow a program on the phone, tablet or computer. Closed parking is included in the price. The area is quiet and located 5 minutes from the city center by car. The only downside is the absence of anyone at reception during this holiday period, which could have been problematic in the event of problems. The instructions received by SMS and email make it easy to collect and return the keys. The quality/price ratio is excellent."

The hotel's exterior is quite ordinary; there's no grand lobby, but there are friendly French ladies. If your luggage is too heavy, assess your capabilities first, as there's no elevator. Upon entering the room, you'll immediately be captivated by the French aesthetic. At least my room was spacious, bright, elegant, and comfortable, allowing you to experience the living environment of upper-middle-class French people from decades or even centuries ago. Even a very simple breakfast will give you a taste of elegance."
