"Near station and not far from centre but in an internal block so very quiet from traffic noise, a little noise from corridor/other rooms, compact but well designed room, friendly check-in staff, wifi good but a little slow, TV surprisingly included Netflix, Kettle was useful, bike storage, aircon plus openable windows were good as slight smell of smoke in room, the open windows seemed to clear it but maybe the carpet needs a clean."

"-We found 15 euro parking to much. At the place there stood per min. So at the ticket we need to pay 10 euro for the hours we stand there. Tought the hotel charged 15 euro. - 30 euro for breakfeast 2 persons is to much for what you get. Cold pancakes, hard egg ( not good anymore ) - The hallways ( carpet ) was really dirty. + The receptionist was friendly. + The room was big and clean. Should i come back, no. 91 room + tax, + breakfeast + parking = 140 a 150 euro. Not worth it."

"The hotel isn't close to the train station but is easy to find. Staying in the city center makes it very convenient for visiting attractions, and it's also close to the Nancy Art Museum. The room wasn't small but it was very cold; the heating wasn't working when I arrived, so I had to wear a down jacket…"

"Nancy is quite a small town, so everything is within easy walking distance. This hotel is right next to the train station, yet impressively, the windows block out all the noise — well done on that. The hotel does have a few odd regulations though. If you check in after 7 p.m., they send you an access code by email to enter the building, and your key card will be waiting in an envelope inside a safety deposit box. I arrived late and was exhausted, so this “escape room” check-in system wasn’t exactly my favorite experience. They also ask guests to take out their own rubbish at checkout, otherwise there’s an extra cleaning fee. That said, the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke both French and English, which made the stay a bit easier."

"The hotel is some distance from the station, it takes 15 minutes to walk, if there is more luggage, it will be more difficult. But the hotel is close to the ancient city attractions and 10 minutes can go to the ancient city. The hotel is an old building, so there is no elevator, it will be more difficult to carry luggage, walk up the old rotating ladder to the room, the door feels very French, the heating is traditional, but very warm. The overall design is particularly comfortable, the bathroom color is also very beautiful, the new bathroom equipment is very clean. There is water on the first floor for free. I didn't buy breakfast, I don't know how it tastes, the dining area looks very comfortable, I want to try a French breakfast next time."

"Our room wasn't cleaned when we arrived at 4:00 PM! They hastily decided to reassign us to another room. Imagine our surprise when, at 7:20 AM the next morning, someone entered our room. Another guest, to whom they had also assigned it. The service was appalling, and a receptionist asked us not to spread the word. The common areas were bordering on unsanitary… 1/5 because we can't give 0."

"It's only few minutes walk to the Cathedrale then Place Stanislas. We are happy with the hotel and the breakfast. The only complain is the paper-thin towels and no hand towels the hotel provides, that has nothing to do with green environment etc, e.g. the paper cups that I cannot complain."

"It is located about a 10-minute walk from Nancy Station. Each room has a shower and toilet. The rooms and beds were spacious enough to sleep soundly. There is no kitchen or refrigerator. The entrance is small, so it may be a little difficult to find. We recommend checking the map carefully."
