The hotel is in great location, rooms are quiet and clean and very spacious. BUT reception working hours on weekends is terrible! There is no reception (12 to 14h30 I think) meaning if your arrival is in this time, which was the case for us, be prepared to spend hours in the streets with your luggage! not a pleasant way to start the trip, specially on a +30 degrees or a rainy day!

i love this hotel . all the workers are very nice . and  the hotel  is good location in a center Nancy city. big rooms and all facilities for cooking . we always book 1 bedroom flat and we always happy . my next trip is going too be in april and happy to rebook at this aparthotel adagio

Everything is great except for the check in - if you are checking in late, inatruction is very unclear since there is no one will be assisting you. Try to check in during 9-12 / 230-6 to avoid such trouble.

It was impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone to confirm a cancellation, and there was no reception after 6 PM. Consequently, they refused to refund my reservation, claiming I hadn't notified them. This is dishonest.

A self-catering apartment hotel with a small kitchen and complete facilities. The bathroom is spacious and the shower head has a large amount of water. The location of the hotel is very good. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the most beautiful square in the area.

Nance Hotel is the last stop on the way back to the Netherlands after a vacation in southern France. It is large and convenient, and the rooms are clean!
