Great
AAnonymous UserThe room itself was satisfactory, mainly because it was large and had a good view. However, everything else was poor. 1. Service: Because it's not an international chain, it felt like they hadn't received systematic international staff training. Their service was very free-style, especially the breakfast staff. The person issuing tickets at the door even rolled their eyes. 2. Privacy: We booked two rooms and were taking a nap when an older woman swiped her card and entered, claiming to be delivering water. She barged into every room on the entire floor like that, which was unacceptable. 3. Breakfast: Extremely expensive and very basic, not even comparable to a typical four-star hotel in China. It's disproportionate to the room rate of three to four thousand yuan. 4. The hotel's small pool has several dolphins that people can photograph for over $200. This is extremely inhumane, and many places oppose using dolphins as a means of profiteering. Final rating: Room 5 stars, everything else 2 stars. Given a reluctant 3 stars, I will definitely not come back. Extremely bad, very disappointing.

LLIPINGA little distance from Waikiki Beach, the quiet of the hotel, the hotel's own beach is relatively small. You can see the Diamond Head Mountain, some sea views, and the scenery is not bad. The bed was too soft and it was not very comfortable to sleep. The environment in the room is general, the law is quite satisfactory.

YYee11Hands down, this hotel is all about location, convenience, and comfort. If you want to be right in the middle of all the Waikīkī buzz, this is it. You’re just minutes from Waikīkī Beach and within easy walking distance to International Market Place, Royal Hawaiian Center, countless restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores. Everything is so accessible that you can explore easily on foot. The rooms feel fresh and newly renovated, with a modern island-chic style. Clean, bright, and comfortable — not ultra-luxury, but definitely more than sufficient for a relaxing stay. Perfect if you want the essentials done well without paying for full resort-style extras. You’re surrounded by food options — poke, shave ice, smoothie spots, breakfast cafés, and nicer dinner restaurants. Convenience stores are just steps away, making it easy to grab essentials without needing transport. If you value prime location, walkability, renovated rooms, an outdoor pool, a gym, and solid value over ultra-luxe amenities, this hotel is a great choice.

GGuest UserHotel location is good, the service staff is warm, the room is quiet and clean. The room size is relatively large. The disadvantage is that it takes a little time to go to 🉐 for the first time to find the front desk. You need to find a hand-held elevator to go down to the basement floor to check in. Because the whole building is for commercial and residential use, the obvious kitchen taste in the corridor. The decoration is relatively old, if you drive, 🉐 go down from the garage to the first floor, and then transfer to the elevator to the room The hotel is well located, and the staff are very friendly. The higher floors are relatively quiet and clean, and the rooms are quite spacious. The only drawback is that it took some time to find the front desk on the first visit. You need to take the escalator down to the first basement floor to check in.As the building is a mixed-use commercial and residential one, there is a distinct smell of cooking in the corridors. The decoration is rather old-fashioned.If you drive, you have to go down to the ground floor from the garage and then take the elevator to your room.

GGuest UserThe room was decent, but it was advertised as a sea view room, and the reality was a huge letdown – the sea was so far away we could only see a tiny corner of it. The hotel's location isn't too far from the main street, nor is it too close, making it easily walkable. For the area, it offers pretty good value for money.

AAndStrategically located with popular eateries down the corner, further up and you will hit hyatt and the beach. We had the tunnel view of the beach at the corridor too. The recept is polite and detailed, providing necessities such as toiletries upon request. There's complimentary breakfast too and the spread is decent and awesome - only shortcoming is the hard boiled eggs and strawberry tasting tad sour-ish. There's complimentary necessities to the beach too. The valet is great - polite and efficient. All good.

BBoboji、The hotel is very close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk. However, the room was incredibly tiny, barely fitting a bed with just enough space to squeeze by. The bathroom smelled like vomit, and it stank for all three days of our stay. There are only three elevators, so going up and down often involved a long wait. Breakfast was included, but it was served on an outdoor terrace on the 3rd floor, making it really hard to find a seat to eat. We were exposed to the wind and rain, and if it suddenly rained, we'd get soaked.

GGuest UserFirst of all, I want to praise Ctrip's customer service. On the day of check-in, the hotel said that the order had not been received. I contacted Ctrip's customer service and it was resolved within 30 minutes. It should have been early morning in China at that time. I really appreciate the speed of the customer service. The hotel is relatively new, and the sea view room I booked has a nice view. Then the front desk is still very friendly, and any problems can be solved quickly. The flight arrived in the morning local time, but I was checked in immediately, and they took the initiative to help me accumulate Marriott points. The biggest problem is housekeeping. On the day of check-in, I felt that the sheets were not new, and I could see a little shoe print and hair at the end of the bed. But I was too tired that day and didn't care. The next day when I was going to take a bath, I found that the wall of the bathtub was covered with mud, and it was obvious that it had not been wiped. When the cleaning lady came in, I asked to change the sheets and wipe the bathtub. The old lady told me that I had to apply to the front desk to change the sheets. So when I went out, I told the front desk about the sheets and bathtub again, but the front desk's response was obviously that the cleaners should change the sheets automatically. . . Then when I came back at night, I found that the sheets had been changed, but the bathtub was still not cleaned!!! Maybe because I wiped it a little the night before, the cleaner thought it was clean. But when I returned to the room, I found that the bathtub was still full of my hair that I had lost that morning. I left a $5 tip. But to be honest, the room you gave me was not clean, so why should I get more tips? Other minor issues were that the shower water pressure was not good. And maybe because of environmental protection, there was no mineral water in the room, and there were no other supplies except two cotton pads. But you can call the front desk to ask for bathrobes and slippers for free. The hotel has been open for less than a year, and the maintenance feels average. At best, it is a business hotel. If you are on vacation, apart from the problem of traffic jams, it is recommended to stay in Waikiki.

AAnonymous UserWith the weak yen, high prices, and tipping, eating out can be extremely expensive, but you can buy prepared foods and alcohol at the supermarket just a short walk away and relax in this location. I brought pasta and bread from home, so I only ate out once in five days. I wish check-in was a little smoother.

GGuest UserIt was a room with a view of the diamond head and the sea. I was a little worried about the height because I wanted a clear view of the sea, but I was satisfied with the Lanai overlooking the two without any problems. It is old as a whole, the bathtub is old, and it takes time to get hot water.
