ExpatAnnual trip to home city, and it doesn’t disappoint !
Still indifferent towards the red tone windows, so I put make-up on in the pool lobby lounge. Restaurant and reception staff quite well versed. Hot water and coffee machine in Lobby. Breakfast choices good, but the beverage buy simply prompts a tip for staff. Suggest give option to charge to room. Lots of banquets or private events going on. Sports TVs on the spot. Location best for my own purpose. Walked to 18b Arts District to see friends within 30 minutes. Souviniers shop 3 minutes. Local amenity shops within 2-5 miles on the same road. Mutual friends of friends were a nice surprise to run into. Late checkout was granted due to another room having a late-night disruption mid-sleep. Great bikes and art on display. Really col video in Lobby about the Ahern family and businesses. International ATM appreciated 😍 Suggestion: Those with local ID or residency can get a lesser room deposit. Aside, refund was fast for international banking upon checkout. Luggage storage very convenient. Cleaning staff nonstop efficient. Happy Chinese New Year of the Horse!

Duwanjuanshu;xingwanliluThe hotel's 3rd-floor pool is stunning, giving you that 'Southeast Asian resort' vibe. The interior decor also has a wonderful artistic atmosphere. I highly recommend their Hall of Excellence museum. It features the most outstanding figures across various sports, including Jordan, Ali, Woods, and Kobe, as well as some music legends like Elvis and The Beatles. While the museum isn't huge and the $30 admission isn't cheap, it's definitely worth seeing for sports enthusiasts.
Service-wise, it was a bit disappointing. I wanted to borrow a fruit knife to peel some fruit, and customer service said they needed to contact the dining department. Although the dining department offered the service, it would have cost over ten dollars for a single room service. It seems in the US, even a simple knife service comes with an extra charge.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and the bedding was very comfortable. The issue with the curtains was resolved quickly. Although we were only on the 10-something floor, the golf course view was still quite good. We used the resort credit for Japanese food; the taste was good, but it was quite expensive.

Guest UserThe hotel is huge and luxurious, my local friends said it's a super five-star. The first floor has a large **. The room is spacious, with complete amenities, and you can see the 'Big Ball' from the hotel. The sink was leaking a bit when we checked in, but the staff quickly came and fixed it, which completely exceeded my expectations.

Guest UserStayed at the Mara Tower and the room was decent as it had been newly renovated. However, there were several lapses during our stay. As shown in the photos, the fire sprinkler was heavily rusty, which was quite concerning. We also found a random dusty jewellery box in the room. We left a note on the second day asking housekeeping to clean it, but it was ignored. Only after leaving another note on the third day was it finally cleaned. On the positive side, parking was free. Overall, don’t expect too much. There’s definitely better stay in Vegas.

forfifaThis hotel boasts a perfect location, right in the heart of the Las Vegas *****. Step out and you're surrounded by *******, malls, and restaurants, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was huge, and opening the window revealed a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, with the nightly light show in full sight – that view alone was worth the price. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Considering the prime location and the room rate, it offers excellent value for money. Parking at just $20 a day is a steal on the *****.
However, there were a few significant downsides: the desk was largely taken up by a vending machine, making me nervous about accidentally paying for a drink when all I wanted was water, and there was no space for a laptop. The Wi-Fi only allowed two devices to connect simultaneously, requiring payment for additional devices. Check-in was an incredibly long wait, nearly testing my patience to its limits.
Overall, if you're prioritizing location and the view, these minor annoyances are bearable. It's 2026, and everyone has multiple phones, iPads, and laptops, so I hope they relax the Wi-Fi device limit. Its strengths are its location and view, but its weaknesses lie in the service details.

TravelifeJoStayed at Vdara recently and wanted to share a few highlights and realities from the experience. The location isn’t ideal for public transport—you’ll need to walk about 10 minutes outdoor to reach the nearest bus stop (which is quite challenging in summer time with over 100F). However, the hotel is well connected to others like Park MGM and Bellagio, which are just a 10–15 minute indoor walk away or could take monorail.
Dining options directly at Vdara are quite limited. For a wider range, you may head to nearby hotels like Cosmopolitan or Bellagio, though most options there are on the pricier side. we ended up order uber for meal delivery, which is a less expensive option. Lyft is a good choice for getting around more easily, coz if u take bus to downtown, it can take an hour for a single ride.
Rooms come with a kitchen, which sounds convenient, but kitchenware isn’t provided unless requested. If you’re planning to cook, be prepared for a bit of a hike—nearest supermarket is about a 20-minute walk away. We also had an unfortunate experience on arrival: found leftovers from the previous guest in the kitchen—pretty disgusting. When we asked for a kettle and cups, the cups still had stains on them, which was disappointing and frankly, unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
Definitely some upsides in terms of location and connectivity, but for what you pay, the convenience and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Simon892The hotel exterior is stylish and elegant, but the rooms are a bit dated. The bathroom had a persistent smell that wouldn't go away; we noticed it every time we entered the room. We stayed for three nights and informed the front desk about the issue. We couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was fully booked, but they promised to fix it and refund one night's resort fee. We thought it would be resolved after the 'repair,' but the smell remained the same. Additionally, the in-room phone was purely decorative and didn't work at all. I had to go down to the front desk and wait in line just to communicate with them. I hope they can improve the room's ventilation system.

Jazz KehThe location is superb. Those places to see are all walking distances and a lot of convenient stores. Only downside was they didnt provide free water bottled , tea or even kettle to boil water.
Being a resort they also didnt provide bathrobe abd sleepers as well. Anyway I had the room with the nice view of the *****. Overall my stay in this hotel was not bad.

TriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!
