We arrived in Arusha at the same time as the President! So, trafic was chaotic. Entry is down a rough gravel road, but once the security gate slides back: welcome to paradise. A stunning large home set in a beautifully maintained garden. Idyllic!! Walter is a fantastic and obliging host. Food was great; room was clean and well serviced. Cannot fault the stay and will return.

I stayed one night at this hotel prior to a four-day safari. For this purpose, the hotel was fine. The hotel has a swimming pool, a gym, and spa facilities, but I did not make use of them. The pool looked good. The room was fairly basic, but everything you needed was there. There is no elevator, so you have to take the stairs to the upper floors. The breakfast was also decent. I went out for dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful. In short, I was satisfied.

Good value, nice clean hotel, quiet location, not many food options around but the Wildebeest restaurant next door was good for a local (but good for westerners) food and cheap beers. Good breakfast for Africa. Would stay again.
