"The room was very clean, and it was very comfortable to have a clean place to rest after a Tanzanian safari. Moreover, all the staff were very welcoming, especially the ladies in the restaurant. They recognized us after our stay and greeted us very warmly. Furthermore, there was a performance at dinner, including the Jambo welcome song, which created a great atmosphere. The hotel truly is a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world."

"I booked and PAID for a Deluxe Double Room but was given a basic room. The photos shown online are of the deluxe rooms, but in reality, they also have basic rooms and that’s what I was assigned, then lying that I didn't want to stay in the room I booked and stay with other group, Why would I pay more money not stay in nicer room? On top of that, the next morning the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom and bedroom, there was no hot water for the entire stay, and the water pressure was extremely low. When I complained, instead of offering help, the owner was rude and even threatened to sue me if I wrote an honest review. I found this behavior very unprofessional and intimidating – no guest should feel threatened by a property owner."

"Mercy people are really good 😭 English is also very good communication super smooth, breakfast is simple, sometimes a good vegetable soup:) The room and the hotel are very clean, 24h hot bath. My boyfriend was sick and went to the hospital. We delayed it for more than seven hours before checking out and charged an extra 20 knives. In addition to the bumpy road to the hotel, there is nothing bad, the location is convenient, arusha is not big to go anywhere is a taxi for ten or twenty minutes, bolt is very convenient! In short, recommended! Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste ～ The picture is cafe arusha super super super delicious"

We had to change our dates after reservations and the management were very accommodating and responsive. Rennystella helped us with recommendations for other home stays for longer term. They also can arrange safaris. I liked that they have different sizes room so we are able to book one room for our family of three. We will definitely come back in the future."

"The price was practically free, I got a private room, a hot shower with good water pressure, and a great location! However, the drain seemed never cleaned, as the same clump of hair was left there throughout my stay, and the room and sheets were covered in trash. The room was completely different from the photos. The fan was broken (the person in the next room was using their own fan because theirs wasn't working). The room smelled terrible; it smelled like a nursing home. It was also incredibly noisy, with not only music from the next room but also body odor."
