This place is amazing. The rooms are clean and tidy. Toilet is clean with all the necessary essentials provided. There is bidet which is a plus point for us. We were lucky enough to get 2 rooms as we only booked the place 2 days prior. The hosts were very helpful and accomodating. Both of our rooms are ground level with patio. The place has a very clear view of the mountains. The breakfast provided is not buffet style but its still enough to keep us full for the morning. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and families.

Although the hotel is located a little off the main road, the beautiful and tranquil environment makes it well worth the journey. Waking up to the stunning view of Mount Kinabalu and spending the evening under a sky full of stars was truly unforgettable. The cool weather, friendly staff, and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the slightly weak water pressure. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

We got a 2-bedroom family unit. The original booking was one with 2 bathrooms but we were not notified that the unit was unavailable due to repair/refurbishment work and only upon arrival we were informed that we are getting another unit with one bathroom. It was nice and clean enough. Then after one person showered in the evening, the hot water started running out. Third person showered with cold water. Fourth person, upon checking with reception was asked to wait for half hour before there's more hot water. We were not informed of this limitation in advance. For breakfast, we asked for 3 fried eggs and was surprised to find out this was an add on as usually eggs are included in the paid breakfast. Otherwise, place was strategically located near Kinabalu Park and Desa Dairy Farm.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would like to start my review by complimenting all the staff ,from the receptionist, kitchen staff, to the housekeeping team. All of them truly deserve a 5-star award for their excellent service. The receptionist, Ms. Liza (if I’m not mistaken), was very kind and welcoming. I arrived at the resort around 2:00 PM without making any prior reservation, yet she patiently showed me every type of room the resort offers. After viewing all the room options, I made my decision, and the check-in process was smooth and easy with clear explanations given. The room was quite spacious, and an additional bed could be added with a small extra charge. Whenever I needed anything, I just had to make a call, and the staff responded quickly and efficiently. My stay included breakfast, and the food provided was good. For dinner, the restaurant also offers a variety of dishes, which is very convenient as guests don’t need to drive out to look for food. That said, I do have a few suggestions for improvement to make the stay even better. The beds could be upgraded, as they felt a bit old and not very comfortable. The Wi-Fi coverage also needs improvement, especially since the CelcomDigi network coverage in the area is quite weak. In addition, the television system could be upgraded. While the resort offers beautiful scenery to enjoy, sometimes the weather doesn’t allow guests to go outside, so having better in-room entertainment would be appreciated. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and truly appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality , I hope to visit again in the future.

The location is great, right by the road and easy to find. There are many farmers selling durians along the way. Breakfast offers a good selection of both Chinese and Western options. There's a small town nearby with restaurants, so you don't need to drive. For being in the middle of nowhere, this hotel is quite good. It's also not far from Maragang Hill.

Clean and comfortable, house very big and garden well managed. Suitable for gathering and equipment entertainment inside the house.

Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious with plenty of beds. I requested a room with a balcony and a view of Mount Kinabalu, and luckily they were able to accommodate me (as one was available). You can relax at the cafe and enjoy the Mount Kinabalu view in the early morning. I would definitely repeat my stay next time.

Firstly, the telephone number to the outlet is + 6 012 869 6969 as shown on a signage at the entrance to the outlet; the number advertised on this platform is not helpful when I called two days ago to ask about my booking. Secondly, the road from the entrance down to the parking bays is steep requiring experience and skillful drivers especially when their vehicles are loaded with passengers or baggage. Thirdly, the wash basin faucet in the bathroom of my room is loose, the shower head hose is inflexible, and the water pressure is below average.

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view of Mount Kinabalu was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Everything was well prepared, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The view is magnificent. You can see the mountain very clear at early morning. The road condition to this place is quite challenging for 2wd vehicle. Extra cafeful during drive is a must cause some of the road is steep and visibility during night is limited especially when its raining. Overall im satisfied with my stay.
