I love this hotel eventhough some people say this hotel is old hotel but when I reach here, this hotel is under renovation but almost 70% complete. Really beautiful surrounding, And the most thing, food is very nice and cheap. I love all the food especially Buttermilk prawn and the ayam goreng. Poridge also nice and the taste same like bubur Mcd. Those who come here, I advice you no need to eat outside for dinner, just having it here at the hotel. For those who book for chalet you have to cross the hotel Jambatan Gantung and you can feel the experience pull your luggage through the jambatan. All the staff are very nice and really helping. Tq to all of them. Will come here again in future.

We revisited the property because of the location just a week apart. First time the price was rm100, then a week after that rm135 including breakfast. They do not have option to exclude the breakfast. When I inquired about the breakfast, the front desk showed me their menu with wide range of breakfast but the next morning, we were given a coupon to tick one of 5 choices, 2 of which were not available. Choices were bad, food was bad, all in all - rm35 breakfast for 2 was not worth it. You could find a better tasting options in the town which is just a walking distance. They will ask for deposit. First time, the deposit was rm50, then they increased it to rm100 a week later. So, I am not sure how long this review will stand correct when it comes to the amount of deposit they actually required. Telephone was not working (which they change for us), TV was not working (which they couldn't do much because they haven't applied for Astro), room slightly dusty, flooring makes sound when you walk, so you might need to tiptoe if someone is sleeping, the garden table at the balcony could be hazardous simply because they failed to adhere to the law of physics, and when you thought it couldn't go worse, the next day we had a very noisy guests with kids running and shouting as early as 6am in the morning. Apart of the location, I don't think I would rate this property as good value for the money.

The place is beautiful but you can't see it. The road is ok.. near the town it is easy to buy supplies. Can you imagine what it's like to live in a caravan?

Kalu nak selesa this homestay its not for you..kalu nk cari tmpt utk tido sbb dh penat kn jalan2, tido kt cnie ok jgk lah ...saya ambil bilik yg tnds dia kat luar ..overall ok jgk lah stay kt cnie sbb murah ...for the location its recommended

I loved my stay at this resort. Its location is fantastic! I was looking to disconnect and relax - and that’s precisely what I got! It is situated on top of a hill and it is completely surrounded by nature. The room was great! It had a TV, a nice bathroom and a big and comfortable bed. I loved the wet Mee Hoon with seafood at the restaurant. All in all, it’s an ideal place to relax, stay a bit away from the noise of the city and enjoy the lovely views of Mount Kinabalu and the surroundings. Many thanks to the staff for making this experience awesome!

View hotel lawa, comfortable, cool, I like it, thank you, but next time prepare a spoon hahaha, the TV is not on, but xpelah, just come to eat, right?

Book this 1 day prior to stay Just for a short stay before hiking Do’s: ✔️ Hot water Peace area WiFi coverage Steamboat utensils are available with price of rm35 (not including foods, self bring foods) and does come with a space for steamboat. Every room has balcony 😊 Don’t: No electricity upon arrival Bed linen were filled with dust, small small dead bugs. Quite old, can hear from downstairs footsteps, shower, television voice, people talking. Common: The road to Nikgold quite challenging ( as common as other areas in Kundasang, so it wasnt a big deal) No phone line, they do provide WiFi which is excellent Overall it was a pleasant stay. Thank you for the hospitality Recommend for big family.

+ next to Poring hot springs + peaceful and quiet where could hear the nature's sounds (insects, river flows) especially at night which I love + warm welcome by receptionist and staff at the office when I arrived, the receptionist did a very informative briefing about the place which was very useful + comfortable bed, pillows, blanket & towels + a staff escorted to the room + had toiletries, kettle, glasses, mugs, TV, side lamps, hair dryer, Astro, jug, air-con, water heater, fan, toilet slippers, tissue paper and eco-friendly water refill bottle in the room + has parking + helpful 'WhatsApp' staff + room was cold even though the air-con/fan was not switch on + has stalls, shops and restaurants nearby + clear TV reception + has filtered water station for guests - would be great if all staff are warm, greet everyone - limited choice of breakfast (6 menus), this could be understandable since not so many units of accomodations are offered here but the management might do 'menu rotation'? Just a thought - the breakfast is pricey for ala carte and needs to be improved on the taste - I asked for room service for the breakfast - no coffee/tea came with it, only a juice and no bread for American breakfast. With a price range between RM45 - RM60, I think it would be better. - water on the bathroom floor didn't flow well into the drain - no second key inside the room at the door - no iron and its board, mini refrigerator in the room - the walkway is dark, no lamps - would be wonderful if the room's outdoor furniture cleanliness can be upgraded
