Mountain view Hotels in Ulaanbaatar

I really loved staying here. The place was incredibly clean, comfortable, and cozy, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Everything I needed was already there, which made the stay so easy and relaxing. You can really feel the warmth and care that went into making this place. I’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

I stayed for one night. My flight arrived late at night, but the owner's chat support was incredibly helpful. Especially, they sent me a message saying 'show this screen to the driver when you get in a taxi from the airport,' and doing so made it easy to get to the hotel. When I had trouble unlocking the room, the owner even came to the property to help. Thank you very much! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Be careful with the loft ladder, as it's quite high! There's a mall with a convenience store very close by, and combined with the location, my overall satisfaction with this stay was very high! Highly recommended!!

The hotel facilities are excellent, the room is spacious, brand new, and comfortable. It's indeed very convenient for airport access, and the surrounding area is a newly developed residential zone with supermarkets and malls. The service was also great; we stayed here on our last night before leaving Mongolia and were very satisfied.

The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff were diligent. However, the hotel's liaison for Trip.com customers provided very poor service. They did not address or act on my request to adjust the check-in date, even though it was still a month away, which significantly impacted my overall experience. Similarly, the Trip.com liaison for this matter was also very poor, offering only robotic responses and showing no effort to advocate for the customer. When I return to Ulaanbaatar in the future, I will not choose this hotel again. The prices are comparable to five-star hotels like Kempinski, but the service is far from it.

We stayed here with our family and relatives, and it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The room was clean and cozy. There wasn’t Wi-Fi, but it honestly helped us disconnect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings even more. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the beef khuushuur. The mushroom boortsog served at breakfast was absolutely amazing. We were able to truly relax and enjoy the quiet, beautiful nature. My 3-year-old sibling and my 5-year-old sibling loved it so much that when we returned to the city, they kept saying they wanted to go back. Our whole family will definitely be visiting again.

This hotel is conveniently located, just three stops from Genghis Khan Square. You can pay for transportation with local currency. Major attractions like the Blue Sky Tower, the museum, and the theater are all near the square, where you can also catch the airport shuttle. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and has a pleasant environment. The front desk staff were particularly warm, friendly, and patiently guided us on how to get around and find a nearby supermarket. We had a very enjoyable three-night stay.

The second stay here wasn't as smooth as the first time. When i arrived, there was no electricity, which meant i had to go up and down to ask someone to help me open the door every time i left the room. Also, even though i booked a massage session at 8:30 pm to spend some time in the sauna beforehand, i was reminded about the massage and pushed to have it starting from 8 pm. Couldn't really relax. As i was missing breakfast due to the morning flight, I was given a bento box - a sandwich, small bottle of water and a snack. Maybe a fruit and a yogurt on top of that would be better.

This hotel is super accessible, only about a 30-minute drive from the airport. They even offered airport pick-up for $20 (as of August 2026) when I asked, which was really convenient. It was also a big help that one of the staff members spoke Japanese. Just a heads-up regarding amenities: they don't provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash, so be sure to bring your own.

Отель расположен довольно удачно: около 2 км по прямой от автовокзала, куда мы приезжали и, соответственно, откуда уезжали домой. Искать его не надо, он стоит на центральной улице города, но при этом не на дороге, поэтому шумно от дороги не было. До центра: музеев, центральной площади и прочего далековато, но на центральной улице вечная пробка из машин, поэтому не факт, что быстрее было бы на такси или автобусе, поэтому мы ходили пешком в районе 40 минут. Номер просторный, кровать удобная, уборка, смена полотенец, шампуни в ванной - каждый день. Интернет быстрый, персонал приветливый, одна девушка говорила по-русски. Останавливались на два дня. В первый день очень хотела написать плохой отзыв на завтрак, потому что уже через полчаса после его начала еды не осталось совсем (хотела взять добавки, остались пустые подносы) и новой еды не принесли, ни еды, ни напитков. На следующий день работала другая смена и все оперативно подносили, и еду, и соки, и кофе.

The room was clean. However, the pantry door below the kitchen was gone, not finished, the wall in the shower booth was not finished and the water in the bathroom was cloaked.  I tried to communicate with the staff in the front office. However, could not communicate due to poor English skills. I don’t know whether it is Mongolian people or just that particular hotel.
