Outstanding
The building was new and spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. They even provided some Muji amenities, which was a nice touch. The only time I interacted with the reception was during check-in and check-out, which I actually appreciated as I prefer to minimize human contact while on vacation.

We got a lower level Fuji view room. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The Japanese breakfast is delicious but need to finish within 35 minutes so the next seating can be seated.

This is definitely worthwhile for tourists climbing Mount Fuji to stay overnight. It's a Japanese-style inn, very quiet, and offers views of Mount Fuji. It's a bit far from Gotamba Station, but it's about a half-hour walk.
