It was a difficulty that the washing machine could not dehydrate. It was 2 nights and 3 days, so the towels were squeezed and dried by hand. I was able to prevent the drying of the room because it was dry.

The building was new and spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. They even provided some Muji amenities, which was a nice touch. The only time I interacted with the reception was during check-in and check-out, which I actually appreciated as I prefer to minimize human contact while on vacation.

I didn't notice that this was a B&B when I made a reservation. It was a suite in the residential building. It was difficult to find without a prominent logo. Fortunately, I met a passionate Japanese who helped us find it. There is a KTV in the building, which is quite noisy at night.

Very good location to watch Mount Fuji, if you want to stay in a traditional Japanese-style hotel, you can consider it. The front desk service was good, and the smiley face masked the shortcomings of the equipment.
