We feel so lucky to have come across Lixia and Sea Homestay. From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed. What makes this place special for me is its sincerity. Every detail shows how much Lixia and Haibo want guests to feel welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely connected to village life.
The young owners, Lixia and Haibo, are such a lovely, talented, and hard-working couple who got married not long ago and have just opened this beautiful homestay together. Their passion and warmth are everywhere. Haibo is a professional photographer and an incredible cook – every meal he prepared for us was fresh, seasonal, and absolutely delicious. Lixia is just as amazing: super energetic, thoughtful, and incredibly talented behind the camera.
They also have the sweetest dog named One Two Three – a patient and gentle soul who quickly became our favorite companion. She joined Lixia in accompanying us around the village and along the ancient trails, adding even more joy to our walks.
What truly blew us away was the photography and videos Lixia made for us. While we explored, she quietly captured the most beautiful shots of us among the old stone houses and ancient trails. At the end of our stay, she surprised us with two wonderfully edited short videos that perfectly captured the joy and laughter of our weekend. I’ve stayed at hundreds of places around the world and have never received anything like this – it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever.
The rooms are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with local touches. Every small detail – from the welcome fruit basket to the cozy fireplace at night – shows how much love and effort this young couple puts into making guests feel truly at home.
If you want to slow down, eat amazing home-cooked food, have your trip professionally documented, and be spoiled by the kindest hosts (and their wonderful dog) in Zhejiang, book Lixia and Sea Homestay immediately.

XXiaomiZoeThis B&B is truly stunning. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by its warmth and comfort. The rooms are beautifully decorated, each revealing the owner's thoughtfulness and taste. The bed is soft and comfortable, and after a night there, I felt completely rejuvenated. The housekeeper was also attentive, welcoming, and non-intrusive. Best of all, there's a cat named Xiaoya who also lives here. I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it!

AAdiwang11Service: The lady boss is very enthusiastic and the auntie is very simple. When the business is not run for the sole purpose of making money, everything seems better.
Environment: The whole village is very comfortable. The B&B is located upstream. There are 1990s tapes playing in the lobby, which makes you feel like you have returned to 30 years ago. There is also a tea table on the second floor, which is very comfortable to sit on on a sunny day.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, it is one of the best in B&Bs.
Facilities: There are only two small regrets. One is that the catering industry in the village is a little depressed. The farmhouse at the door is a real farmhouse. The village grandmother made a plate of pig's trotters by herself, which was a little hard to bite. Second, there is a lack of a charging station, so I have to go to the county town to charge. I hope the boss can install a paid charging station at the door. In fact, the cost is not high.

CClem + Ant1I had an amazing stay at Yunhe Meet B&B.
The Minsu is located in the village not far from the scenic spot ticket office.
The owners are a lovely couple and their son, they are very caring and communication was not a problem. We used wechat and phone translate to take with the son and ladyboss. They offered me welcome snacks and more snacks after my hike. Breakfast was very very generous and freshly prepared for local dishes with local ingredients.
I had a room with 2 single beds which are quite large soit didn’t feel like a single bed, recommended for a solo traveler if the queen bed isn’t available. Water was warm and shower had good pressure. Everything is very clean.
Auntie took me to the park entrance with her electric mini truck to help me catch the morning bus.
They also recommended some small hikes around the village and help me to find the return bus to Lishui.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in central location, walking distance to the old part of town and surrounded by food options. All rooms face a busy intersection with traffic and commerce noise starting early in the morning until 10pm. Windows will block part of noise but not all. Gym is just a pair of treadmills, don't expect a workout space. Staff is very attentive and willing to help. Beds, pillows and sheets are comfortable and the shower is good. However, if you are not a smoker, I don't recommend staying here, nor in any other Ji hotel. I travel extensively and tried Ji hotels in several Chinese cities from North to South. They are consistent with service, cleanliness and bed comfort, but all of them have a major issue of not enforcing the non smoking rule, and besides that, their air conditioner system brings smokey air from different rooms directly into yours. It is a pity. Unfortunately, beautiful China is full of selfish smokers. We need better enforcement and at least air purifiers in each room.

If you drive by yourself, you need to inform the license plate number one day in advance, and the boss will reserve a parking space for you, which is very convenient. GGuest UserThe hotel is amazing, beautifully decorated, very well situated right next the cableway entrance, situated in a very lovely village, the view from our room was lovely and peaceful. The hotel is super confortable and very clean. But above all, what made our stay unforgettable was the very warm welcoming of the owners that made us feel like home. They were taking care of us like parents would do, helping us with many things, they were absolutely lovely. Will never forget our stay there, thanks to them for making our stay there unforgettable.

GGuihuaxiranThe room is very clean and tidy, and the comfort is great. I have never slept outside with such comfortable pillows, mattresses and quilts. I chose the attic room on the third floor. The bed is facing the window, allowing direct sunlight and sufficient heating at night. The hot water in the bath is not too hot, the bath is a bit cold, and the shower is okay. The store also thoughtfully prepared some disposable towels, which is very thoughtful. It’s great for people like me who don’t use outside towels! The landlord and his wife are very down-to-earth, and they also eat in the store in the evening. The local village is very quiet, and the sunset is beautiful. It is suitable for relaxing and renovating on weekends. The B&B I stayed in was the best in the whole village, and the decoration was all wooden. It should be very comfortable to sleep in the attic and listen to the chirping of insects in the summer!

GGuest UserThe lady boss is very enthusiastic, and can chat and send food and drinks, the atmosphere is full. The hotel is super good, clean, quiet and sci-fi, you can't find another one. The view on the top of the mountain is first-class, overlooking the entire terraced field, the best place to take pictures and watch the sunrise, it is higher than the scenic spot observation deck. Remember to make an appointment for dinner in advance, such as hot pot and barbecue?

XXiaoyiyiyiyiA very warm stay experience.
The homestay is in the mountains. After driving several kilometers of winding mountain roads, there is another village, that is Kaokeng Ancient Village. The house is made of stone and looks very primitive. It is close to a stream. There are small pools and waterfalls along the steps along the road. The scenery is pleasant and the air is very fresh. When we went there, it happened to be the birthday of my parents-in-law. The boss kindly helped to order a cake from the town and prepared a large table of farm dishes, which gave the two elders an unforgettable birthday. We booked a duplex room, and the children slept on the round bed upstairs, which was very happy.
