The rooms were decent, meeting the same standards as other Kyriad hotels. There's parking, but it's not private; you get a parking ticket from the front desk. However, the security guard at the entrance is often not on duty, so sometimes you have to wait. Because of tour groups, breakfast wasn't guaranteed. I went at 8:30 am for two nights, and the breakfast table was almost empty. The tour group from Guangdong we encountered not only couldn't get breakfast and couldn't find seats, but the noise was also terrible, giving me a splitting headache.

This stay really subverted my understanding of the four-diamond hotel. From service to hardware, it was a surprise. The room was clean, the lighting was good, the room service was very good, the details were full of temperature, the room lighting design was very good, especially the night light before going to bed was super safe, and the breakfast was quite rich. My stay in the king room at Fengwuqi Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The room itself was impeccably clean, the bedding had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, and the memory foam pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a very peaceful stay. The facilities were also excellent; the air conditioning was central, the 75-inch TV had crystal-clear picture quality, and even the bedside sockets included USB ports – thoughtful details that showed attention to detail. The service was the highlight. From the warm welcome at the front desk upon arrival to the prompt response to any needs during my stay, everything was exceptionally pleasant. In the mornings, staff members would proactively greet me as I passed the restaurant, asking if my meals were to my liking – their friendly yet unpretentious enthusiasm was truly heartwarming. In short, from the beautiful park view outside the window and the clean, comfortable room to the attentive service, I had no complaints. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The room facilities were the most satisfying of any hotel I've stayed at in Xinjiang this week. The disinfected shower slippers and makeup mirror are perfect for those with myopia. The large, Cantonese-style sink and large windows are also very modern. The room also has an early morning airport drop-off service, and the driver is very friendly and awesome! 👍🏻 The only downside is that it's a bit far from the airport, so you'll need to stock up in downtown Kashgar first. However, it's perfect for catching a flight.

There is a sales point for Nanda Dairy on the first floor, which is open from 8 am to 10 pm, which is very convenient for guests. There is a huge wall of luggage lockers on the first floor, which is shocking. Unfortunately, I felt that they were not staffed enough at the front desk several times, and the waiting time was relatively long, but it was not easy to maintain a good service attitude. To be fair, the hotel hardware and supplies are really good. The decoration is a more old-fashioned hotel, with wooden cabinets, a little smell, and the facilities may not be particularly new, but the overall feeling is OK. The shampoo and shower gel are not a very expensive brand, but they are comfortable to use. The shower gel seems to be from pmpm, and the hair dryer is also a new basic model. The slippers are particularly thick and of good quality, surpassing many high-priced hotels. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kashgar. I stayed in an expensive hotel next to the ancient city for one night and felt that I didn’t win many points except for the geographical location.
