Most importantly, the hotel owner is incredibly warm and attentive, providing meticulous and considerate service with a gentle and caring touch, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the stay.

The room was spacious and not cramped, with a separate wet and dry area and a smart toilet. It's located near Xiulitao, making it convenient for watching the village. It's a 20-minute taxi ride to Kaili South Station. While there aren't many dining options nearby, it's a 10-minute taxi ride to the Guomao area for dining and shopping. The hotel environment is spacious and emphasizes a wellness concept. The front desk offers daily herbal tea, and the laundry room is convenient. The facilities are new, and the receptionist, Ms. Li, was exceptionally kind; we all liked her very much. The hotel offers free luggage storage. We stored our luggage for two days in Zhenyuan, and the hotel even attached a card to each item, which was very thoughtful. Overall, we stayed for four nights and had a very comfortable experience. This is a genuine review, not a paid endorsement. The only drawback was the breakfast; although it was advertised as a wellness meal, the selection was limited.

Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, it's very good overall. Cleanliness: The hygiene is very good. Environment: It's relatively quiet, and the location is easy to find. Service: The service attitude is excellent, and they even gifted us some special rice. I especially want to praise the breakfast – it's incredibly rich and plentiful, and it's served until noon. The breakfast is quite distinctive, even featuring the unique Kaili sour soup, which was fantastic! I was very satisfied with the breakfast.

This hotel has a superb view. The scenery is particularly good. There are mountains and water. You can watch the scenery while lying on the bed. I love it. The room is clean and clean, the whole house is smart and the facilities are perfect, it is quiet and not noisy. It is very good to rest. The staff is very good and very warm. Free nutritious porridge is also provided at night. When I checked out, the handsome guy at the front desk also sent me a gift. The location of the hotel is also very good. The Qiandong Yiju Hotel is great! It's truly excellent value for money. The service is superb—the friendly smiles and thoughtful consideration for us, even reminding us of breakfast times and seating areas. We loved feeling at home! The cleanliness was also perfect; the room had a light, pleasant fragrance, which we loved. The facilities were complete, with generous amounts of toothpaste and a toilet seat cover—essential for winter. Even better, the hot water came quickly and in large quantities, and the temperature remained consistent. Such attention to detail! I was worried the blankets might be thin and cold, but they were surprisingly warm, perhaps due to the Gree air conditioner. The environment was also lovely; the sunlight streaming through the window was so comforting! It's very close to the high-speed rail station, about a 7-8 minute walk—amazing! The guesthouse was great—clean, hygienic, and with a great riverside view. They even upgraded our room because it was the off-season. The landlady and the receptionist were incredibly kind and helpful. They even gave our child a cute batik bag. After exploring the ancient town, we highly recommend this place!

Next to the hotel is the Cultural Memorial Hall. The surrounding cherry blossoms, smiles, and magnolias are in full bloom. It is also facing the lake. The whole environment is pleasing to the eye. The hotel lobby design is also beautiful and grand, and the room details have various ethnic characteristics. The lake view room has a better view, especially when the lights are turned on at night, the night view is very beautiful, and I even saw people setting off fireworks at night. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and the variety was very rich, especially the shredded pork noodles with mushrooms, which tasted very good. There seemed to be a lot of spicy oil, but the actual spiciness was not bad. I couldn't help but eat more than half of the bowl. A hotel with good scenery and good value for money. The breakfast is delicious. I will definitely choose it next time.

The price is worth it! But the pillow is too poor quality

The hotel is wonderful, the air conditioning works well, the water pressure is good, and buses 5, 18, and 28 stop nearby. Bus 28 is convenient from Kailinan Train Station, but it's a bit of a walk to the stop, but it stops right next to the hotel. Buses 5 and 18 go to the city center. Opposite the hotel is a lovely park with ethnic goods and a beautiful view of the illuminated rooftops at night. The room is cozy, clean, and everything you need is provided.
