Very clean, comfortable mattress, beautiful views, and friendly staff. The laundry facilities were great, and the rooftop restaurant was excellent. I requested a non-smoking room, but was still assigned a room with a slight smoky smell and an ashtray provided. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, and someone was smoking indoors. I immediately complained about it, and I really appreciated that the staff bravely stopped that guest. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The contrast between visiting Puzhehei and Bama was stark. From the B&B owner in Puzhehei to the convenience store, I had no sense of service. I stayed in two rooms for two days, and they didn't even smile. They even stared at me while I used the air conditioner. It was the first time in all my years that my travel experience was so bad. But arriving at this B&B instantly cheered me up. The hostess and her family were so welcoming, the cleanliness was excellent, and the design was tasteful.
