The receptionist was super efficient at check-in, providing smiling service throughout. She even thoughtfully reminded me of breakfast times and restaurant locations. Seeing that I was carrying a laptop, she specifically recommended a quiet east-facing room, saying it had good natural light and wouldn't be noisy – that really appealed to me! Entering the room was an even bigger surprise. There was absolutely no unpleasant smell from new renovations; instead, there was a subtle fragrance. The bed was just the right firmness, and the pillows had neck support features, a godsend for someone like me with neck problems.
