"The Chinese-style room is very grand. The front desk checked in quickly and enthusiastically. However, there was no welcome fruit in the room, there was a yellow stain on the toilet sink, and the air conditioner made a serious noise. Since we checked in late, we didn't want to change rooms. The breakfast is a standard buffet at 68 yuan per person, and it ends at 10 o'clock. When I came around 9:20, it was basically gone and they would not refill it. I saw that there were dishes on the noodles cooking area. I didn't want to eat the noodles, but only wanted to eat the toppings. The waiter directly refused me sternly. The breakfast was not worth it. We changed to a new room the next day. There was fruit provided upon check-in. There were no problems with the equipment and hygiene. However, the breakfast was as bad as the day before."

The rats bit things and screamed all night. It was so annoying. The sanitation is also very poor. It is mainly at the foot of Xishan Mountain. It is close. It looks good on the outside, but it is not good inside. The air conditioner is not warm. It is very old."

One suggestion for the hotel is to try to separate smoking and non-smoking customers to different floors if possible."

The shower water pressure was excellent, and the rice noodles for breakfast were delicious and helped wash away the day's fatigue. What touched me most was that when they saw we had a child, the staff proactively brought us a children's toiletries set – such thoughtful service is truly rare!"
