We had a great time at the glamping site! The staff was super helpful and friendly, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great. It’s a good spot to explore the more remote parts of qinghai!

GGuest UserEvery time I go to Golmud, I live in this hotel. It is very clean. I have not had breakfast at the hotel before. I tried it this time. It was really great! What touched me was the hotel's service, because the train at 3:30 in the morning, the car that was not available at the station the night before, there was no online car-hailing order, and I called the hotel when I was very helpless. The hotel actually arranged a car delivery station, three o'clock in the morning, The driver master sent me to the train station very enthusiastically. I am really touched. If it is placed in normal times, it may not be worth mentioning. But a girl can't make an appointment in a strange city at three o'clock in the morning, and dare not go to the roadside to wait for a taxi. Who knows? Thank you Starway Hotel and every staff member who received me warmly. I wish you a happy work and a happy life!

The front desk lady was very nice and upgraded us to a family room near Love Lake. It's only a five-minute walk from the Yadan Waterfront, and at night, I even got to see the stars, a rare sight. Highly recommended for families. The night view is stunning, as shown in the pictures. Facilities: Highly technological and smart Cleanliness: Excellent

This hotel is well-equipped and perfect for a motorcycle trip. The owner is incredibly welcoming! It has a huge parking lot, and the rooms have an oxygen supply system, hot water, and heating – it got so warm in the middle of the night I had to take off my shirt! I couldn't continue my journey due to altitude sickness, and the owner helped me with so many things, from bringing me water to helping arrange transport for my motorcycle. I'm truly grateful 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I heard the road will be fixed by the end of the year, so I'll bring my family to experience the beauty of the Qinghai-Tibet line then.
