She even helped us take our clothes to the next room to dry them because they weren't dry in our room. Feel free to stay here!

The hardware and software are first-class, the room is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly😀😀The room is a**ospheric and not depressing, and the room height is estimated to be about 3 meters. The room is equipped with bathrobes and tea sets. It is so comfortable to drink tea in front of the large French window👍👍👍The hotel is located by the Ehe River, and you can walk along the river to experience the slow life of contemporary people.

This was my first time skiing in Koktokay, and I highly recommend this hotel! The facilities are new, the rooms are clean, the staff are very polite, and the air conditioning and heating are individual so you can adjust the temperature yourself, so you won't get too hot or too cold. There's a microwave and free laundry and drying services! The hotel is located in the center of Koktokay town, and there are many restaurants and ski equipment shops within walking distance. There's a shuttle bus to the ski resort right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for getting to the ski resort in the morning! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time! Modern, youthful, bright and clean. The concept is very attractive but the execution could be better. The hotel is has a lovely modern design and uses mostly Xiaomi appliances which is great. It’s also not a large hotel so it does not feel crowded. The quality of the finishings, the clinical feel of the lobby, the quiet and limited staff is a bit of a letdown but it meets all the minimum expectations. Also stingy with the breakfast, like not replenishing the yoghurt and fruits when there is still 30 mins before the end of breakfast - although to be fair there was still lots of hot food left.

The rooms are clean and tidy, making this the best guesthouse in Koktokay. The hotel food is excellent; when they heard we wanted to have a barbecue, they specially set up a grill for us outside. The service is thoughtful, and they genuinely consider guests' needs. They even provided an extra room for free when they learned there were four of us and our original accommodation wouldn't be convenient. Many thanks!

The view from the entrance is just average; there are other hotels under renovation nearby. Service: Because it was the off-season, there weren't many people, and the service was normal.

The price of dinner was much cheaper than that near the scenic spot. The taste was great. The laundry room was fully equipped with new equipment. There was free coffee in the rest area. Xiaoli, the front desk staff, is also very considerate, and all the staff are very polite and enthusiastic. It is really the happiest stay I have ever had.
