GGuest UserGreat place. Very welcoming and helpful owner who speaks good English. She messaged me before I arrived to help me check in and get to the location. Helped me with getting the bus to the ski slopes and finding a restaurant to eat at. The location is great for the ski resort and for the town. The room is really clean and tidy with a comfy bed and soft towels. Would definitely stay again

DDieshileiThis time I stayed at Jiyuhe Hantian Hotel during my trip to Keketuohai, and the experience was great! The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the No. 3 mine vein, and it is very convenient to travel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was amazed by the unique design of the mine elements, and the atmosphere was directly full! The room was even more surprising, with a large space of 60 square meters, Duravit bathroom, Slumberland mattress super comfortable, and equipped with laundry equipment, full marks for details! The catering must be praised, the breakfast variety is rich, the beef brisket topping noodles are super fragrant, and the Xinjiang flavor and other dishes for dinner are also authentic. The front desk service is super enthusiastic, and they took the initiative to help with the luggage, which is very considerate. The manager also enthusiastically helped us order and confirm the time for breakfast the next day. Overall, both the facilities and services are worthy of high-end positioning.

GGuest UserThe hotel's design is minimalist yet sophisticated, stylish and distinctly unique. Every detail is thoughtfully crafted, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Rooms are spacious, and bathrooms feature a wet/dry separation design, complete with smart toilets. Parking is conveniently available right at the entrance, and the surrounding area is very pleasant. Despite being a two-story building, it even has an elevator. On the second floor, there are two spacious common rooms, equipped with a self-service kitchen and washing machines. The owner is incredibly warm and generous. As soon as we stepped into the lobby, they brought us watermelon and dried fruits, treating us like long-lost family returning home – it was incredibly heartwarming. I immediately decided to extend my stay for another night. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, greeting guests with smiles. I usually dislike overly talkative front desk staff, but they handled this situation perfectly – they were concise, focused on the essentials, and promptly resolved any issues. The breakfast and milk tea were excellent. The room was the cleanest I've stayed in here, with a beautiful environment and unique design. The hotel has its own parking lot, and the front desk phone is available 24/7. The staff are very polite when answering the phone. The hotel smelled lovely upon entering, and the traditional Chinese design was refreshing. I really liked it!

The only suggestion I would like to make is that the support of the mattress is not very good. It is a bit soft. My waist feels tired after sleeping all night. A mattress like Atour would be better.

GGuest UserA great mountain hotel, a smart home, stylish, comfortable, and warm. A separate, luxurious jacuzzi with a mountain view. Rooms 414 and 415 overlook the road, while rooms 416 have yurts and mountains. I'd also like to mention the staff: they offered tea and tangerines, helped with luggage, and answered all my questions. I'll definitely be back here.

GGuest UserWe stayed here during the Chinese New Year and saw the fireworks, which were really beautiful. The scenery of the hotel can be said to be unbeatable in Keketuohai. I have stayed in many hotels in Keke, and I feel that only the scenery of this hotel is the best. I really recommend it. I can lie on the bed and watch the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain. It is also the closest hotel to the ski resort. It is really convenient that the B&B has both Western and Chinese food. If you don't want to go to town, you can ask the hotel to help you bring your things (the service is really great). When I first arrived, I was a little frustrated to see that there was no elevator, but I found that the housekeeper helped to move the luggage up and down, which was really great. I didn't have to do it myself. Every day when I came back, the housekeepers would take the initiative to help put the snowboards. The ski resort bus would also stop at the door of the B&B. If you don't want to take the bus, the housekeeper at the front desk will help you contact the carpool, which is great. You don't have to worry about it yourself. Just tell the front desk the time you want to leave for the ski resort. It's really super convenient.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is easy to find, close to the No. 3 Mine. Next to the hotel is the Irtysh River. There is a wooden plank road on the river bank. You can walk along the wooden plank road to the Old Wooden Bridge Style Street and the Rare Metal Exhibition Hall. There are restaurants and supermarkets next to the hotel. It is a newly opened hotel. The staff in all departments are warm and generous. The hotel facilities are complete and clean. The bedding is comfortable. The bath and toilet are separated from wet and dry. There is plenty of hot water for bathing and a fruit plate with purified water is provided. The breakfast is rich, clean and nutritious. A bit decorative.
