This was my first time skiing in Koktokay, and I highly recommend this hotel! The facilities are new, the rooms are clean, the staff are very polite, and the air conditioning and heating are individual so you can adjust the temperature yourself, so you won't get too hot or too cold. There's a microwave and free laundry and drying services! The hotel is located in the center of Koktokay town, and there are many restaurants and ski equipment shops within walking distance. There's a shuttle bus to the ski resort right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for getting to the ski resort in the morning! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time! I didn't have to do it myself. Every day when I came back, the housekeepers would take the initiative to help put the snowboards. The ski resort bus would also stop at the door of the B&B. If you don't want to take the bus, the housekeeper at the front desk will help you contact the carpool, which is great. You don't have to worry about it yourself. Just tell the front desk the time you want to leave for the ski resort. It's really super convenient.
