Heartwarming Service: ******* Warmth in Every Detail Upon arriving at the hotel, I was immediately touched by their sincerity. Everyone presented us with hadas (traditional ******* scarves). It wasn't just the hotel manager and front desk staff; even teachers and students from the Thangka Academy came to greet us. I suspect this was because we had specially come to commission a custom-made Thangka, hence the grand welcome. Even more remarkable was the warmth that extended beyond the initial meeting. Throughout our stay, we were treated like old friends, with attentive and considerate care. The staff always proactively inquired about our altitude sickness and whether we were adjusting well. They even brought us warm milk at 9 pm. These small, thoughtful gestures were present throughout, not just standardized, assembly-line service, but genuine empathy—truly touching. II. Guest Rooms and Public Areas: An Immersive Thangka Art Space The rooms are filled with a captivating atmosphere, decorated in an antique style with exquisite Thangka motifs throughout. Upon entering, you're enveloped in a rich ******* artistic ambiance, quiet and soothing. The public areas on the first and second floors are even more impressive. Thangka artworks are displayed throughout the hotel, allowing you to experience the charm of this intangible cultural heritage at every turn. It's also the only place in the village where you can quietly and comfortably enjoy a coffee, sitting and appreciating the paintings – travel fatigue instantly dissipates. III. A Fulfilling Dining Experience: A Boon for Vegetarians Our entire group ate vegetarian food. We initially thought the vegetarian options in ******* hotels would be limited, but the kitchen was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Even with common, simple vegetables like potatoes, bell peppers, spinach, and tomatoes, the dishes were prepared without complicated seasonings or fancy cooking. The chef's solid and experienced skills transformed simple vegetarian dishes into fresh, mellow, and sweet flavors that lingered long after the meal, demonstrating the chef's profound expertise. IV. An Unexpectedly Stunning Surprise: A Backyard Facing a Vast Snow-Capped Mountain Range The most stunning highlight of the entire stay was undoubtedly the hotel's backyard. With an unobstructed view, the entire continuous snow-capped mountain range of western Sichuan unfolded before your eyes, allowing you to immerse yourself in the magnificent natural scenery of the plateau without even leaving the room. If you're lucky enough to witness a rainbow after the rain, every snapshot is a breathtakingly beautiful snow-covered landscape. The hotel is more than 20 kilometers away from Dege County. It takes about half an hour to drive. The traffic is very convenient. There will be no crowded and noisy county. The air is also very fresh. The hardware meets the standard of the resort. Large room type. Floor heating and air conditioning bathtub. Large parking lot. Large area of green plants. Shi, if these hardware facilities alone may not impress me. This hotel's seriousness about customer service details makes me admire. From the arrival of the hotel, Pengcuo Onum at the front desk was very efficient to check in for us. The room department was afraid that we would almost grab our luggage. Help us carry our luggage to the room and introduce the room facilities. Unfortunately, the whole area of the township was out of power that day. I could buy diesel from the town and generate my own electricity. I roughly estimated that the cost of diesel power generation that night was far more than the room rate we paid. Then the catering department Zhuoma was maintaining it all night. After monitoring the generator operation, we also took us to visit the boss's private Tangka Museum in the morning and provided a very professional explanation. I have spent at least 100 days a year in the hotel. I have seen all kinds of good and bad services. This hotel has left me with unforgettable memories. The hotel is located at the exit of the Dege Tunnel. It is especially convenient to drive by car. There is also a parking space at the entrance of the hotel. We went in late June. The day we arrived was more than 23:00 in the middle of the night. The girl at the front desk also came out to greet us. The next morning, the hair dryer in the room was blowing and listening, and the front desk girl lent me her hair dryer without any complaints, so I was impressed by her service.
