Although this Songtsam hotel does not have a housekeeper, the WeChat reply from the front desk was relatively timely. However, there was a little hiccup during check-out. After coordinating the afternoon tea, I forgot my luggage. The hotel staff helped put the luggage at the front desk and checked us out. Yes, but they forgot to remind us to bring our trolley suitcases, so when we returned to Lulang, we discovered that we didn’t bring our trolley suitcases. My trip to Bomi! This hotel was a lifesaver! My last stop was Bonda Town, and the conditions there were indescribably terrible! Facilities: Huge parking lot with self-service car wash! And 12 washing machines! Laundry detergent and ironing machines were all readily available, making drying a breeze! The mattresses were incredibly comfortable! Wet and dry areas were separated. Cleanliness: The best thing about this new hotel is that the bedding was all brand new! Most importantly, it was spotless! Environment: Located right on the main road, very easy to find! Service: All the staff, both day and night, including the security guards, were incredibly attentive and observant! They even brought clean bags to help collect guests' laundry after it was done!

We booked the hotel because we saw that it was newly opened in 2025 and thought that everything should be relatively new.
