The guesthouse opposite Benxi Water Cave was perfect for a visit. Checking in a day early was ideal, especially since I was visiting the cave the next day. The owner was a very welcoming and friendly lady who answered all my questions about the scenic area in detail. The guesthouse courtyard was beautiful, with a swing and rocking chair, and many swallows nesting there – I was so lucky to see so many! The room was exceptionally clean; you could tell it had been meticulously prepared. The amenities were high-quality and complete, including a standing air conditioner and a separate water heater for easy adjustment. It was an incredibly satisfying stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of freshly made options. It's a one-stop shop for food, drinks, and entertainment – ​​truly fantastic! This is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^～^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless. Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water. And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

The boss is very nice. My children want to experience the fire kang. They specially provide me with a rich breakfast for only 10 yuan per person. They also caught the wild vegetable buns, which are very delicious. The children like it very much. There are many swallows' nests under the eaves here. At night, the little swallows flew back and saw the Big Dipper rising up the mountain. It was a pleasant trip to pick a lot of wild vegetables.

Booked for the old people, the old people lived very comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, the window was beautiful, the fly in the ointment said that there was breakfast for 10 yuan per person, the result was not, so the old people didn't eat breakfast and rushed on the road.

Tree house, spring pool, mountain air, wind, bird song, glass boat, barbecue, breakfast..., indescribable, everything has the best feeling, plus the meticulous service of family, our emotional value has burst! The hotel boasts genuine mountains, water, and hot springs. However, the apartment is quite old, with outdated facilities and small rooms. The surrounding restaurants are mediocre, and the clientele is mostly elderly. The hot spring water, on the other hand, is very comfortable and can be used freely.

This room was booked with the other room, and everything that should be said was said. I like the lotus in their yard. It is said that it can be opened in less than two days and I am fortunate to catch up. There is also the attitude of the two service staff is generally good, the eldest sister is better than the younger guy, closer. At 10 o'clock in the evening, there was a power outage and water outage. Fortunately, I filed with the Trip.com platform. The Trip.com platform is really a backer we can rely on. We stay 2 night & they offered us the highest 11th floor with good scenic view. The room was spacious around 800 ft. Location within 15 mins walk to core business area. Facilities fair & it took some times to have hot showering water on our 1 st night. Breafast is traditional northern China food & drink At mid night some short period engine started for 10 sec which might interuptive to sleep. Overall speaking, it was an option for people who want silent spacious hotel

Overall, I feel quite satisfied. The place I live in is very comfortable, clean and tidy. The hot spring pool environment is good, with pavilions, rockery and vegetation, and a good atmosphere. But maybe because of the off-season, there is no water in many hot spring pools. The kitchen can make à la carte dishes, authentic Northeastern cuisine, and the taste is good, but there is no milk and coffee in the breakfast buffet. I hope it can be added in the future. The staff is very enthusiastic and greets customers when they see them. When eating, they will also ask if they need hot water, which is very considerate! In short, the experience is good and I will come again!
