All very good vacation experience, attentive, patient and meticulous service. As soon as I booked the room, I received a call from the housekeeper, who recorded my itinerary and various requirements in detail and made all arrangements. The hotel is all-inclusive, which is very comfortable. The details of the room are perfect, children and elders all have what they need, and they have a great time playing! Before leaving, the person in charge patiently asked for our opinions and suggestions. Anyway, I will definitely come here often in the future!

The B&B is located in a new residential area and is newly decorated. It's very close to Mount Taibai. It has a washing machine, kitchen, and is pet-friendly. It's very quiet at night, and there's an underground parking lot in the complex.

Service: From the moment we walked in, a greeter helped us with our luggage and guided us through check-in, even offering plum juice – a fantastic first impression. We could also request staff to disinfect our private hot spring tub, which was done very quickly. At the public hot springs, staff would bring fruit plates and other amenities, so the service was quite good. Facilities: Both the private and public hot spring facilities were good. The kids' play area, arcade, and cinema were also nice, catering to all ages. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure in the fifth-floor room was a bit low. Restaurant: The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of dishes and pastries. The Qishan Saozi noodles were particularly authentic and delicious. There was also a chocolate fountain, which the kids loved. Overall experience was quite good, and my kids were very happy – they even enthusiastically wrote a five-star review!

I never expected to find such a great hotel in a small town; it truly exceeded my expectations. It boasts its own parking lot and three restaurants, offering all the standard amenities of a star-rated hotel. The rooms and bedding were clean and comfortable, and we even received complimentary yogurt upon check-in. The buffet breakfast was incredibly generous and varied. What really impressed me were the in-room amenities like a foldable drying rack and a garment steamer. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a shared kitchen, which is something I've never seen in a hotel before. It's perfectly suited for business meetings, work trips, or those on a self-driving tour. Highly recommended!

The room was spotless, and the balcony had a good-sized hot tub. It was too hot to go out, so this place was perfect for a family vacation with kids – lots of activities without needing to leave the hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, and for lunch, they brought out various noodles; I had three bowls of Saorou noodles in one day! We booked one dinner, and you could tell the kitchen put a lot of effort in. With more than two types of curry, I couldn't resist and ate three bowls of rice, completely forgetting about the seafood! Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided great service. She also took care of all sorts of small animals. If it hadn't been so hot, I don't think the kids would have wanted to go home – the lambs were adorable!

The room facilities are advanced and the bed is very comfortable! Towels and blowing planes are of good quality! The room price is not expensive! The price is very high! More than 200 yuan for the New Year's Eve, breakfast and free parking! Much better than the hotel in Xi'an!

Even though I don't speak Chinese, we communicated easily through WeChat translation. The food was fantastic, and the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Just a heads-up: there’s no shower room, and the toilet is in a common area, so it’s better for an overnight stay. The temperature drops at night and rises quickly in the morning when the sun comes up. The room stayed comfortable with a bed heater, but you'll need a jacket when you step outside at night. Overall, it’s a great place for a short stay!

There's a barbecue grill and a hot spring bath, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The location isn't far from the scenic area, just a 10-minute drive, and supermarkets are conveniently located nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time!
