All very good vacation experience, attentive, patient and meticulous service. As soon as I booked the room, I received a call from the housekeeper, who recorded my itinerary and various requirements in detail and made all arrangements. The hotel is all-inclusive, which is very comfortable. The details of the room are perfect, children and elders all have what they need, and they have a great time playing! 整個園區和房間都細節滿滿，而且非常乾淨。工作人員細緻到看到步道一塊磚地有坑都會立即叫人來處理。管家和所有服務人員不打攪不多推銷恰到好處的服務值得好評。能夠包容寵物，合理安排錯峯用餐玩耍時間，被狗子喊叫了也會真心詢問是不是哪裡做的不合適，得知我家仔是個人來瘋後能夠立即做到入住期間不主動逗🐶非常棒，可惜因為帶着小狗沒有享用贈送的温泉門票，不過無限制時間的私湯也很棒！已經推薦朋友。

酒店環境特別漂亮，秦嶺太白山腳下，還給免費洗車。有24小時私湯温泉，飯菜也特別給力，酒水暢飲，夜晚在秦嶺腳下草坪上聽周杰倫的歌吃火鍋，很巴適。最後建議房間內可以多放幾個插座。
