The streetlights inside the hotel were insufficient at night, making it quite dark."

"The hotel's value for money is excellent for a four-star hotel. Just around the right turn from the hotel is one of the best beaches on the island, with a small section of reef for snorkeling. The food was great; you could find everything you need. I wasn't particularly impressed with the a la carte restaurants, except for the steakhouse, but it's hard to get a reservation. I didn't like the Indian restaurant at all. The entertainment was also rather modest, but we don't go to those "shows" anyway; it's fine for us. The room was clean, and if you request it in the app, they'll bring you anything you might need, even slippers and a toothbrush. There are some downsides, of course: the glasses at the pool bar are a bit tacky, and the towels you get in the room and on the beach are sometimes threadbare, but that's if you're really looking for something to complain about. There's absolutely nowhere to go in the area on foot. Overall, everything met our expectations. We had a great time."

"The hotel is in the west, very big, with many rooms. You can surf on the public beach in front of the hotel, and the hotel provides free surfboards. The pier for whale and dolphin chasing boats is right at the door. Whale chasing boats must be booked in advance. It is best to find a local Chinese guide to book a boat with radar. The hotel includes breakfast. It is about 3 kilometers away from Casela Zoo, which is very close. You can make an appointment directly on Casela's official website for a 10 o'clock walk with lions, and join the 11:30 zoo sightseeing tour bus an hour later. Basically, you can complete the trip in half a day. You can arrange surfing in the afternoon, and eat crispy pizza at the pizza shop next to it in the evening, and then go back to the hotel pool to listen to the band singing."

"Positive points: A very beautiful 5-star hotel with a huge, lovely pool and an adults-only pool. Beautiful beach with fine white sand. The Japanese restaurant Hasu and the beach restaurant Tides were excellent! Negative points: The buffets weren't varied enough, mostly the same Mauritian dishes, very few grilled options besides fish, lots of salads but no variety of appetizers. At the breakfast buffet, there was no fresh fruit juice, not even fresh orange juice; you had to pay extra. The staff, Indian, weren't very welcoming and only spoke English! The waitresses' and waiters' uniforms were very dirty, especially since they were white (management should provide them with more uniforms). We didn't get to try the Asian restaurant, which was a shame! The Italian restaurant was so-so! The spa is magnificent but very expensive. There were cobwebs under the bedside tables. The armchairs and sun loungers need cleaning! The cocktails need improvement. Otherwise, a pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel."

"Every single room has a beautiful, scenic view of the pool, the beach, or both. But the absolute highlight was the sunsets. I found myself literally running to catch it every single day. My room was spacious and flawlessly flawlesslyyy clean everyday. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the cleaning crew. I loved that the rooms come with a small kitchenette if you feel like whipping up a quick meal. Plus, they offer a washing machine and dryer that guests can use for free, which was incredibly convenient for a longer stay. There is a beautiful, sparkling clean swimming pool that overlooks the ocean, making it the perfect spot to lounge and look at the sea. What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. The reception team, Ali, Nawfal, Jenifer, and the manager Yanish were the most wonderful, welcoming hosts. They had smiles on their faces all the time, genuinely asked how my day was, and looked for ways to help every single time they saw me. The onsite restaurant, Le Skipper, had gorgeous ocean/beach view, and the food was fantastic. Sharmah the manager was a great host, as well as Atisha and Christina, who were both so lovely and attentive."

"The bedding is very comfortable and the room design is also good, but the area is a bit small, and there is no place to put the big suitcase. The glass bottom snorkeling is very convenient, and you can get on the boat directly after walking for 2 minutes🚢 The staff is very friendly. I picked up a piece of wood at the beach and wanted to take it back home. The box couldn’t fit it. The hotel staff brought a saw to help me cut it to the length I specified. Very nice!"

Everything is here, singing birds and views, there is a beach for swimming with a lagoon, and there is a wild one with huge waves for photography or just enjoying the views, golf, a warm outdoor jacuzzi, swimming pools, wonderful view rooms, villas with a private pool are excellent! The food is also good! We were greeted with sparkling cake and upgraded the villa! Although the vacation was overshadowed by the fact that I left the ERES swimsuit at Villa 216 on a hanger in the bathroom... I wrote everywhere and for two weeks now, I get the answer... “no no no one found anything anywhere” well of course! There was no need to look, he was there... We draw conclusions... maybe the manager is not aware of the situation, well, at least he can read it, I hope they will still contact us upon return"

It usually takes more than 20 minutes to go out to eat. The beach is great, as is the pool. The gym also has yoga and tai chi classes. Breakfast is not very to our Asian taste~"
