Hotel far from everything dusty room and beak of lizards everywhere dirty swimming pool never clean repetitive breakfast 7 days with the same menu and very expensive meals avoid eating in this hotel go to grand bay it is good and cheaper

Despite encountering several issues during our stay, the assistant manager's (Idiana) exceptional responsiveness turned our experience around. From a leaking air conditioner to non-functional amenities like the telephone and Wi-Fi, coupled with missing essentials like a bottle opener, it seemed our stay was destined for disappointment. However, Idiana's proactive approach in addressing our concerns was commendable. She not only worked tirelessly to resolve the issues promptly but also went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Her dedication and attentiveness salvaged what could have been a disappointing stay, turning it into a testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The food at all the restaurant was great and we were pleasantly surprised with kot nou. We will look forward to going back to this hotel for our next vacation. Also shout-out to Venita who gave us a room in a great spot.

I can not fault any part of my stay here. For me, what stood out was the exceptionally polite and friendly staff. ALL staff here are beyond helpful and lovely to speak to. It really stood out for us. Our room was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay, and the hotel grounds and pool are so gorgeous and well kept. The food is exceptional. My partner is gluten free and he had so much choice. So much choice at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I really enjoyed all the food and drinks here. We did an excursion booked through the hotel and really enjoyed it. We also did the glass bottom boat trip which we enjoyed. The beach area is lovely, the staff are so attentive and polite. Overall, my stay here was exceptional and I would happily return. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Nestled amidst the scenic beauty, the hotel exudes a warm and welcoming vibe that instantly puts guests at ease. The pool bar, with its refreshing drinks and stunning views, is a favorite spot. Two of the bartenders, Kam See and yeshven, stood out with their attentiveness and amiable nature, making the experience even more delightful. The impeccable service left a lasting impression and made the stay truly memorable. A big shoutout to the entire team for creating a wonderful experience!

one of the bartenders/waiters was very nice to all of us! i think his name was ayush or avish,im not sure,( a bit brown and skinny )he is very well spoken and makes excellent cocktails! however very bad attitude from the restaurant manager ( a bald man ) who kept staring and pointing fingers but never actually came to address the 'issue' if he had any! the first time i came to ravenala attitude , the food was an absolute , but this time it was a 3/10 and made me very sick. the overall experience was a 5 ! way worst than my first visit!

We spent an awesome day package for our new year celebration Ougadi yesterday at Ravelana Attitude. The lunch buffet was so yummy and all the family enjoyed the food and thanks to Mr Veeren at the restaurant. Also big thanks to Mrs Rajinee, waitress at the Obeach bar who provided us with a great service and also Mr Kishan & Mr Priano from the bar. We spent a great time together and definitely we will come back soon. Thank you again for the wonderful day.
