Havona Hotel @ Permas Jaya - Self Check-In
"The hotel staff were very friendly... the rooms were well-equipped... and there were plenty of restaurants nearby! A great choice."
D Elegance Grand Bandar Seri Alam
"Best. The hotel is new and clean. It's close to many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The only thing is the toilet doesn't have a bidet spray, just a bidet. Everything else was great."
Lavender Inn Permas Jaya
"Very comfortable night stay with friendly reception to satisfied all our needs… convenient place for stop over while we depart for cruising the next day in sg!!! Highly recommended for short stay with ample parking!"
I am Jazz Hotel
"This is the first time staying in I am Jazz. Detailed review is listed as follow: Pro: - Very affordable price per night for a room with 2 Queen beds. - Good location in term of eateries nearby. - Complimentary parking just outside the hotel. - Clean beddings at least to rest and sleep for the night. Con: - Hotel is located at the corner end of a row of building, parking can be challenging when parking in and moving out as there will be vehicles turning the corners at blind spot and high speed. - Due to the location of the room, it is facing to the West with Sunset during evening time, this heated up the room and make it super warm and stuffy when returning to the hotel at night after a day outside. - Location is far away from the major shopping malls in Johor. - Open carpark, very difficult to board or alight the car if there is heavy rain. - No bellboy for luggage service to room. - No breakfast as there is no dining place. - Small room size with 2 Queens and narrow walking space. - Damaged drawer at the table. - Dusty window grills and aircon, mouldy toilet flooring and wall tiles. Overall, it is a pleasant experience to stay in with at least a clean bed to rest and sleep in. However, there is a lot of room for improvement for the cleanliness, dusty window grills and aircon internally are totally unacceptable! The moulding in the toilet flooring and wall tiles also show lack of effort to even clean the grouting in between properly. Room size is relatively small with 2 Queens beds and just a space wide enough to walk. Given the price paid, this is what you get. The most outrageous part? The hotel does not even has a signage at the main lobby entrance to display! Probably won’t be revisiting this place as there are a lot more of options around Johor also with the same price. Jazzing out!"
Aladdin Dream Hotel
"Asked for refund but the staff due to wrongly booked but the staff said they not handle booking from online meanwhile the hotel only can approve free cancellation. Staff keep stalling by saying they will call back but they took forever to call back."
Hotel Legend Boutique
"Room is clean. Service ok. But only one iron to share with everyone."
V3 Hotel & Residence Seri Alam
"Toilet need to do some fixing. All things are shaky. Some rusty too. Inside kettle still got water."
7 Heaven Boutique Hotel
"Came for a friend’s wedding in the area so decided to stay here due to the location. Did not have much expectations of the hotel but was blown away by the wonderful staff! The rooms were clean and decent, bathroom was small but clean and easy to maintain. Bath foam and shampoo were provided in the wall dispensers and bed was clean and comfy. Location wise - the hotel is very close to many eateries and amenities in the area. There 24 hr dining at Osman (mamak), 7 eleven. Great noodle spots like RMB noodles, fancier cafe like Grumpy Goat, breakfast spots like Hua Mui across the road. But it’s the super friendly and helpful staff like Dona, Vivi, Gugum and Fiqa that made a huge difference to my stay! They made me feel welcomed with their smiles and positivity whenever I step through the door and to see them taking care of each other when they were working gave me a feeling of great family spirit. Definitely worth the stay!"
Four Points by Sheraton Johor Bahru
"Great stay! ✨ The hotel was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Loved the gym facilities, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everything exceeded expectations—would definitely stay here again! 😊"
