"First of all, the hotel room smelled quite bad when I first entered it, after all, it was newly renovated. Secondly, I felt that the hotel was not friendly to children. I called the front desk to ask if they had toothbrushes for children. The front desk hesitated and asked my companion for a long time before telling me that yes, but when the toothbrushes were delivered to the room, I was told that I would need to pay an extra 20 yuan for children's toothbrushes. I was a little surprised, because I have stayed in hotels of all sizes and this was the first time I heard this. Maybe I have too little experience. In the end, they gave me an adult toothbrush. Because we checked in late, there were not many guests checking in at that time. There were three people in total checking in, and there were two people queuing in front. At the beginning, there was only one check-in window at the front desk, and there was someone at the counter next to it, but she did not invite us to check in. Instead, she took the initiative to ask if she could check in at her place, and then she said yes. After all, bringing children so late at night must want to check in early and rest early, so the proactive service awareness needs to be improved. There was a strange noise coming from the air outlet of the air conditioner in the other room. I couldn't stand it anymore in the middle of the night and had to turn off the air conditioner to stop it. In short, the experience was quite bad."

"Fantastic place, for couples and families. There are some things that need maintenance but in general was well conditioned. The sauna was not working and we missed a cold 16-17 grad pool. The interior place was very comfortable and the hot pools with bubbles were very relaxing."

"This self-driving tour passed by the Lijiang River and lived at Home Inn (Lijiang Zhouyu Avenue Branch) facilities, health and environment are good. The reception at the front desk is also very enthusiastic and needs to be improved. The delicate human service. Example: We arrived at the hotel (about 14:00) and the hotel room was cleaned and there was no room to stay. Understand the luck of the waiter. We stored our luggage at the front desk. Walk to Zhou Yu Cemetery. Returning to the hotel from Zhou Yujiyuan to check in to get the 4th floor room card (about 15 o'clock), but the room cannot be checked in and waiting for inspection. Later, we changed the room on the 2nd floor. It is said that the room booked by the guest. 16:02 into the room Example: We asked what time and place breakfast was in the morning. The front desk said that the breakfast was quite rich and said that we didn't order to buy it ourselves. Confused that the room we booked had a double breakfast and asked the front desk to see it clearly. Checked out and gave us breakfast. Example: Check out in the morning. After scanning the parking code, it is required to leave the parking lot within 5 minutes. Our elderly people have to walk up four steps and then go down four steps to move to the parking lot with their luggage. It is a bit urgent to put and organize their luggage in the car for 5 minutes. Other hotels are 15 minutes. Actually, we checked out. We will also start at a hotel. The above 3 points can be verified in the front desk video monitoring."

"The guest room was spacious and very clean. I really enjoyed their breakfast, which was definitely the best of all hotels that I have stayed in Lujiang. Also the hotel provides free laundry service, which can be very handy. The location is close to everywhere, which makes it super convenient for visitors. All the staffs were friendly and helpful. This was my third time staying at this hotel and I will definitely choose to stay here again."

"We arrived at the hotel at 6 PM. After checking in, a handsome young man led us to our room. The room was spacious and clean, and the whole place was smart home-enabled – it didn't disappoint! The resort's environment is truly beautiful, and the two handsome young men at the front desk were especially helpful – a five-star rating! 👍👍👍 We ordered several dishes at the hotel that evening, and they were delicious, plus the prices were reasonable – another plus! 👍 I'll recommend it to my friends, and I'll definitely go again! 😂"
