"The room was incredibly comfortable. We arrived very late, and Xiaojia at the front desk patiently explained how everything in the room worked. She even personally escorted us to our room, helped us with our luggage, and turned what would have been an afternoon tea into a late-night snack – truly a lifesaver! All the staff provided excellent service. We chose to dine at their restaurant the following evening, and it was fantastic, much better than the local farm-to-table restaurants outside. We heard their chef has 30 years of culinary experience."
