GGuest UserThe staff was very friendly. Everyone I passed spoke to me. Kimberly, front desk, was very friendly and polite. The heater for the swimming pool was not working properly. She was right on top of it. Eliza, (probably spelled it wrong) was wonderful. She was in charge of the breakfast. She was extra attentive to my two grandchildren that were with me. Explain the different items. Everything was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. I will definitely return.

GGuest UserWe checked in late and found the room to be very nice and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the hallway on the second floor was extremely cold as if they had not turned the heat on at all and it was in the 30s outside. Other than that, it was very nice and I would definitely stay there again.

MMichaelThe staff was awesome! The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty. I had an issue with the TV in the room at first, but they came up and fixed it immediately. Definitely would stay again.

GGuest UserEven though I was in the back the room did not disappoint very clean and the shower works great everything was perfect and it had a smart TV despite its low price and let me tell you for $80 that is really nice because the rest of $80 hotels are crappy and barely has a shower that’s fictional ahem red roof inn in Miami, and the front desk people are very nice
