Staff was welcoming and sweet. Rooms were large. Quiet and can walked to shopping. Starbucks is next door.

I’m sure there are other great hotels in Pensacola but why stay some place else when you know this hotel is awesome. Super friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Good breakfast with a spacious lobby so you are not sitting right on top of other people. Plus it has a bar and pool table. And an outstanding location next to the mall, hospital, airport and many restaurants. It is the only place we will stay in Pensacola while our daughter is stationed there.

Amazing stay. Beds were comfortable. Rooms smelled clean. Breakfast was yummy (eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, potatoes, cereal, bagels). We stayed 1 night with 4 kids and traveled from Texas. We wish all our hotels were like this. I have no complaints. Oh and there is coffee down stairs, variety of snacks for purchase, and mints. A big "connect 4" game.

Outstanding place to stay. Our daughter is stationed in Pensacola and this is our new place to stay at while we visit her. Extremely friendly staff and the hotel is very clean. Area around is full of shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and again the staff went above and beyond in their attention to the food and guests. We can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for Christmas.

Great hotel, clean. The only thing I don't like is the street is very busy, very hard to get out of hotel, and no left turns.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious and the workers were so nice. It looked beautiful.

We won't be staying here again. The building is almost brand new, but it is very cheaply built. Toilet paper dispenser hanging off the wall, bathroom sink had a leak, but the biggest issue was the noise because of the cheap construction. We could hear the man from the next room like he was in our room. His coughing throughout the night kept us awake because it sounded like he was sleeping on our couch. I've never been in a hotel where I can hear the footsteps of the person in the room above us.
I asked to move rooms, but they said they were fully booked.
