GGuest UserHotel is in Cardinal nation and right across a small street from the stadium. The hotel was clean and inviting. Room was spacious, comfy beds and clean. Bathroom was nice. No pool but exercise room faces the stadium. We didn't eat breakfast there as the prices were really high.

RReedPThis is the 3rd time I've booked our family to stay here. Obviously they're doing something right... Well lots of things. I didn't get any pics this time, but believe me that the room was clean and ready when we arrived. We needed the bedding to be feather/down free due to allergies. Breakfast was standard and easy to eat; prepackaged waffle, biscuit and gravy, turkey and pork sausages, eggs, cereals, breads, etc.

GGuest UserThis is a very nice hotel with a good location. It was very clean although in the bathroom the painters left splashes of paint on the floor and in the shower. Plus all of us said there was a coffee machine in the rooms with coffee but no cups so you had to go downstairs and purchase coffee. It’s a pricey hotel but we would stay again. The museum upstairs is very nice.

NnambismeriFriendly and helpful front desk. Comfortable room on top floor. Large comfortable shared lounge and games area if wanted for a group. Convenient location to universities and train station or town amenities by car or walking. Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking, but you can get advice for where in the city to park.

GGuest UserWhat they don't tell you... the hotel's lobby is on the 12th floor!!! Once you're checked in, your key card is needed to use the elevator as well as access your room and parking. I think the front desk attendant was REALLY new because she couldn't answer any questions we had, it was a guest who told us about the elevator! The hotel was clean and comfortable, as well as entertaining! Now that we know the quirks, we'll definitely stay here again. (view from our room)

GGuest UserCheckin was crazy. It was super busy due to the concert in town, so we checked in about 30 min early (3:30) but a room wasn’t ready. We were told we’d receive a text when it was. So we waited in the lobby. At around 5 pm, (the concert started at 6!), my husband went to ask and yeah, it was ready, and he was given the key. So…a bit frustrating. Idk how the property can expedite this process because the line to check in was almost out the hotel doors. For the price we paid for one night, it should be better. Online checkin or something. Room was ok. Nothing worth what we paid, but nice. View overlooked the stadium, so that was cool.

鑫匀I have stayed at this hotel many times. Every time I come to St. Louis to stay here, the main room can cook, there is a suite and there is a sofa bed, but the disadvantage is that the beds are slumped, very soft and uncomfortable. It is convenient to have a washer and dryer on each floor. Light meals and beer are available at around 5 pm from Monday to Thursday. They are provided free of charge. It is simple in the morning but still full. There are a lot of people on the weekends, mostly black but safe.

GGuest UserTwo of the main things I looked for when booking was a pool and free parking. The pool was indoors which was fine. Was surprised to see how small it was and was a big let down that it was so freezing we couldn’t enjoy it at all. So it was a let down that one of the main reasons I booked here we didn’t get to use the pool. This place does have newer furniture in its rooms but the floor throughout and the furniture it the lobby is just stained up and dingy. The signs on 1st floor for ice machine/vending are wrong. Asked a rude house keeper that was upset bc I guess I interrupted her cleaning. She had told me it was around the corner…. The out of order machine was on the other side of the building. I finally found me an ice machine on next floor. The people at the front desk are very nice and courteous. Really nice. But wish they had explained more on their parking so that I didn’t end up with a ticket each day I was there. So they have no free parking lots at the moment. You either have to park in their drop off zone are a section of street parking on the side. The other lots available you have to pay per day. Due to this I found a spot on the side (side street parking as they suggested) and I didn’t move my car. I kept it there the entire time and walked everywhere I needed to go. Well when I went to leave I had parking tickets racked up for several days. I went in and asked them if that was there parking as told previously and they said yes. I told them about the tickets and they said it was managed by the city and u have to back in or get a ticket. That would be nice to know when you offer that as a parking suggestion. I go out to lot to see if there was a sign. There was a sign many spots down that in the direction I was coming from wouldn’t have seen. I also looked all almost every vehicle was parked wrong way so obviously they weren’t told or didn’t see sign either. I started warning those I could. $30 a day ticket city it making a lot of money of that small parking section from out of towners etc that don’t know ST Louis parking laws …. The hotel won’t warn u of this and they know. Besides these couple things everything else was good.
