The Hyatt Regency Arlington is located in Virginia, a relatively safe and convenient area. The subway is 3 minutes away. There are many restaurants and fast food chains nearby. Life is convenient and it is worth recommending.
We’re located just one mile from Georgetown and Georgetown Waterfront Park. The Arlington National Cemetery and shopping at The Crossing Clarendon are six minutes away. Washington DC and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport are within eight miles of us. Enjoy our meeting space, views of DC and Potomac River, and on-site dining.

Nice hotel, which is newly opened in August, 2025. Obviously very clean.
I stayed for two nights. The view towards the Downtown DC and the Potomac river was exceptional.
The location was great - very walkable to the Rosslyn station.
One short fall was the front desk. I think as it is new, the employee lacked professionalism or may lack training.
Approximately 3:55 am in the first night, the hotel suddenly charged my credit card, which was previously used for deposit when checking in.
It was really distressing to be awaken in the middle of the night for a large amount of unauthorized transaction.
As worried for a potential fraudulent use, I wasn't able to sleep back.
Early next morning, I made a inquiry to the front gently but the employee simply replied that was a system error in a very indifferent manner.
The response of just treating it as if it isn't anything and later to be released anyway was disproportionate its facility.
I think that there is room for further improvement on the hotel' transaction system or service quality.

The room is not big and the facilities are too simple. The cups for brushing teeth are disposable plastic and the hand soap is thin and rough. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and when we went to eat on Sunday, the restaurant was not open. Although the meal was refunded in the end, the experience was very poor. Not recommended.

The hygiene and service are very good. The breakfast is quite rich, with bread, fried eggs, and fruits. Although there are not many varieties, everything is available. Breakfast ends on time, and no new items are served after 9 o'clock.

The experience was absolutely fantastic. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and clearly explained the deposit policy. The hotel is located in Arlington, a comfortable taxi ride away from popular attractions. The lobby is very spacious and clean, and the rooms are also very clean and large. The breakfast experience was great too. I initially thought a buffet wouldn't involve much service, but it was actually quite good, with staff checking in to see if guests were enjoying their meal. The ingredients were fresh, and there was a wide variety of options.

Across from D.C., the Rosslyn area is probably one of the safest and most livable places in the entire U.S. The hotel staff were very welcoming and gave detailed information about the facilities and nearby routes. The room was a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen. The garage downstairs has high clearance, so pickup trucks are fine, and it's $35 a night with in-and-out privileges. Out of the five hotels I stayed at during my trip to the U.S., this one was definitely the most comfortable!

Check in was super long! I was assigned the wrong room and I was supposed to be compensated by getting a nights worth of free parking and did not! Otherwise, the hotel was very nice! Parking was very limited.....

The room is very good, but parking is still 22 dollars, there is no description in the app, there is no refrigerator, there is a microwave oven, the bed is 1.8 meters, the price is OK.

YYiu ChungReasonable price, a good alternative for someone who visits Washington DC ( cannot find such price in the city centre)
Close to city centre, just take a Lyft for $6 to the Washington Monument
New and clean
Breakfast is ok, but dont expect too much
Kitchen in the room with dishwasher 👍
Better if bed sheet for the sofa bed is provided
GGuest UserMy flight was cancelled so I needed to find a place to stay. The location was very convenient for DCA airport, either by metro (2 stops) or car and connected to the mall. Following Ritz Carlton’s standard, all staff was incredibly respectful, caring and attentive without being stifling. Ordered in-room dining for dinner and it was okay, but nothing special. Presentation and service of it was impeccable. When checking in, I was unexpectedly upgraded to club floor, which was very kind of them, especially after a long day of canceled and rebooked flights. Please be sure to treat the staff kindly, as it is the right thing to do. If I am in the area again, I will happily return.
GGuest UserOur family traveled to Washington by car in February, and this hotel is highly recommended. Self-parking is 44 dollars per night, and guest parking is 49 dollars per night, which is a bit expensive. If you park by yourself in the underground parking lot, you need to spend time looking for a parking space. The hotel has its own shuttle bus to the subway station, which is quite convenient. You can reach tourist check-in points in the city within a few subway stops. Cleanliness and service are average at Renaissance.
GGuest UserIt was good to enjoy good service at a good hotel.. The staff was friendly at the time of check-in and the condition of the room was excellent. The room was so good that I wanted to stay again and I would like to recommend it to other salma. All the facilities, including the amenities in the room, were perfect. It's a two-star hotel, but I don't know why it's two. I think it's okay to make it a little more generous and give it about four stars. It has the advantage of location. You should enjoy it, too.
PPHILLIP JAMESThis hotel is about 1 km from the Crystal City Metro Station, and about 200 ms from a CVS Pharmacy Store which is open 24 hours. A McDonalds is right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for a quick snack. There is free airport shuttle, but understand at some times, there is insufficient capacity for guests. For example, I arrived at 10:00pm at DCA Airport, after waiting the 30 mins for the shuttle at the airport, it arrived with no room for luggage or passengers. Told there was one more shuttle coming, (another 30 mins) so I decided to take lyft/uber for $20 to the hotel, with another guest from the hotel. While it is 1 mile from the airport, its a little difficulty with luggage. The hotel itself is old, but well maintained. The bathrooms have a noisy fan, every time the light go on. The desk is too high, and chair is not sufficient for effective computer work, because of the height issue. Still, the room is spacious and beds are comfortable. There is $50 deposit charge for incidentals per night not per stay. I requested a room with airports views and was given the best the hotel could - a glimpse through the surrounding buildings to river and some view of planes. Overall, this hotel represents very good value for money, particularly considering the 4 July celebrations. My 4 night stay was significantly less than other hotels in the area. I would certainly recommend this hotel and it is still good choice to visit Washington sights, without the high cost of hotels closer to downtown. And the walk to metro is about 10 to 15 mins.
BBlk_Abroad_BlessedJust spent the night. Checked in around 6pm and checked out at 11am. Check out is a bit early. I’d hope for at least noon. The shuttle schedule is awful. Peak times there is no shuttle service. I guess the plus side is it’s only a 10 or so minute walk to the metro.
Breakfast is just meh. It comes with the room but def nothing to get up and rush down for.
The check in (front desk) staff was nice. I think you may get better rate booking directly with hotel.
I’d stay again if in the area.
TTiHad a nice time with the family. The hotel was a nice getaway for a staycation with family. We had someone in a wheelchair and found the room easily accessable for them. It was clean and the check in was easy. The room were big and we had a view of the city I would recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThe room facilities are not bad, and the sanitation is not bad. There is a supermarket near the hotel, which is also very convenient. It is also very close to Cascade, about ten minutes' walk, and the service is also very good
GGuest UserThe surrounding environment of the hotel feels safer and quiet, probably because it is next to the Pentagon, and people wearing military uniforms are seen from time to time.
The safety and sanitation environment in Washington are much better than in New York. The traffic is not too convenient, there is no subway, and you have to take about 11 bus stops to the subway station.
The front desk clerk and the overall hotel feel more Buddhist and friendly. Breakfast has a little bread cereal milk coffee, no other, we are not demanding, clean, and we have to eat the hotel's breakfast.
The hotel room is still clean, that is, there is no quilt cover here, it is a sheet-like cloth separated from the quilt, it is easy to fall asleep, and it feels a bit separated.
